Tao and sign language
Tao has always known about sign language. Before his debut (with EXO) he had a very good friend who is a deaf-mute, and thus he learned sign language to communicate with him. Although the company only gave him a few days off, he looked for this friend to hang out with once he returned to Qingdao.
Do you recall how EXO has a unique hand gesture, the “Sailor Moon” one? This was taught by Tao to the other members, and it is definitely not just for fun. Because in sign language, that hand gesture means “I love you”.
