~Prince Nuada's Pov~

'Atlanteans... I remember my father telling me and Nuala stories of the great city of Atlantis. How a massive tidal wave came and wiped out the city except for the capital, leaving thousands upon millions of Atlanteans dead. The capital was then swallowed up by the sea, to never see the sun again. My sister and I were born long after that disaster, but father still remembered like he always did.

Father once had connections to them, he said that Atlantis was powered by a giant crystal. The crystal required a soul of a living Atlantean royal to power itself every few thousand years, and in return it gave them power and extended their lifespan. If the people depended on the crystal they didn't need to collect souls, once they left the city and lived independently, they would have to collect. My father also spoke of them having technology that rivalled and may have surpassed our own.

That Atlantean must have been born after the flood, she doesn't look very old, but then again appearances are deceiving... she is also very beauti-Forget about her! I have work to do.' Ending my thoughts there, I made my way to the troll market. I had been planning to use an Elemental, or in other words a Forest god, to destroy some of the hollow humans before taking the final piece of the crown from Nuala. Somewhere is the back of my mind I secretly hoped to see the Atlantean again.

~Carra's Pov~

I made it to the troll market, of course I was in my real form. I was wearing my normal clothes, my markings were prominent again, my deathly white skin glowing. My face and hair had also changed.

Blackish blue veins ran down my skull like features, the roots of my hair faded white like my skin, the whites of my eyes turned black, the pulls and irises shone the same colour, a haze blue

The troll market was full of life, all magical creatures alike were buying and selling a variety of things. There were also small services scattered around. Some creatures were spending time with each other, not having to worry about humans for once. Others only here to relax or to buy before returning back to the human world. As I made my way through the crowd I could feel some eyes linger on my body a little longer than needed, but I quickly ignored them. 'Perverts.'
