The slow day

Nataysha woke up the next morning startled thinking that she over slept until the afternoon, she tended to wake up startled when she was excited or nervous for something in which this case, tonight was her first date with Tom. She looked at her phone seeing that she had a lot of notifications since she posted the pictures with the guys on social media and the guys did the same. She was scrolling through twitter when sh had found a news article with her picture of the guys saying Today's headlines: The Patriots new lady friend? To which player does she belong to? She rolled her eyes at the article and continued to look through her notifications and found a text from Tom that said Good morning Nataysha, how are you? She responded back with Good morning Tom i'm good and you? 

She then put her phone down and decided to do her bed and head to the bathroom. She threw her hair in a pony tail, put on some sporty leggings with a sports bra and a Nike tank top with a hoodie sneakers. Nataysha then walked down the stairs of her house to find her mom in the kitchen. "Hey mija (daughter in Spanish) I didn't hear you come home last night" said her mom "Well I came home a little past twelve last night then I showered and went to sleep.." said Nataysha just loud enough for her to hear but unfortunately her mom heard and said "NATAYSHA ARE YOU SERIOUS??? YOU GOT HOME THAT LATE?? WHAT ON EARTH WERE YOU DOING?" At this point her mom was raising her eyebrow at Nataysha waiting for an answer getting impatient. "Ok ok fine mami i'll tell you but I feel like you wouldn't believe me but it's ok I got proof anyways" said Nataysha smiling in hopes of lightening the mood. She ate breakfast then told her mom the whole story of everything that happened that night and showed her the pictures. She's not one to lie to her parents so of course she told her about Tom and their date tonight. Since Nataysha was already over the age her parents did not suffocate her too much with rules but since she was still living under their roof she had to abide to some rules. After she told her mom everything she seemed to not be mad anymore but her mom asked "Don't you think that he's a little old for you?" Nataysha knew that the age difference was something. She knew that she was almost 20 and that he was almost 36. "Ma you told me that age is just a number!" said Nataysha laughing with her mom. Her mom was not just her mother but she was her best friend and she was glad to have that type of relationship with her mom.

Nataysha got in her car and drove to the dance studio that she attended. Currently she was working on a new dance project. Today was the las day that she would be dancing and it was almost ready to be uploaded to the internet. She greeted everyone at the studio and starting dancing according to the choreography but every time she danced she expressed herself in a way that no one could understand. When dancing she could be herself without anybody questioning anything. Two hours later everything was finished and Nataysha drove back home. As soon as she walked in the door she saw her dad about to leave the house and greeted him. Her dad responded with "Hey chiquita (Little one) I heard the dance video gets released today i'm so proud of you! Oh and also your mom told me about the little Celtics game last night but we'll talk about that later" She smiled innocently at her dad and hugged him goodbye. 

It was now 4:30 and Nataysha decided to get ready since she liked to take her time. She took a shower and washed her hair. While she waited for her hair to dry she started to apply her makeup, she did a soft smokey eye with a nude lip plus contour and highlight, makeup was one of her favorite things to do. For her hair she did soft curls and then moved onto an outfit. She put on an asymmetrical black dress that had a cut out on her left hip, black heels, and a small black choker, then put on her favorite perfume Daisy by Marc Jacobs. It was 7:00 now and she was ready. Her and Tom have been texting all day non stop just enjoying each other's conversations. She got a call saying that the dance video had been released, she was ecstatic and happy because this could open up many doors for her dance world. 

At 7:30 she got a call from Tom saying that he had arrived at her house. She grabbed her clutch and opened the door for Tom forgetting that her parents were there. Tom then walked in and Nataysha introduced him to her parents and chatted for a couple of minutes. Nataysha could see how her parens seemed to be impressed by him and that was a good thing. She said goodbye to her parents and walked with Tom out the door.

"You ready? You look beautiful WOW" said Tom with his mouth open admiring her beauty. 

"Thank you" she said with the biggest smile ever and blushing hardly. 

And with that he opened the door to his car for her being a gentleman. He got in and she asked "If you don't mind me asking, where are we going?" "Well it's a surprise and I can't tell you that, you'll just have to wait and see my lady". She instantly blushed at the name he called her, and they started their journey towards the secret destination.  

AN:// Hey guys as you can see I kind of changed up the ages a little bit just because I didn't want Tom being so old or anything like that because I feel like that would change the direction of where I want the story to go.
