The Artist and His Drawing

Brice's pov

I stood back and looked at my creation. I drew a life size character. Well my character. I named him Seto and have been drawing him ever since I was little. I only wish he was real and alive. I made him a sorcerer. He's funny, talented, loves books, loves making potions and is always flustered when someone he likes did something flirty. Yes I did give him those traits. I heard a knock at the door. I sighed. I was going on another date with my girlfriend. I walked to the door and opened it. "You ready?" Kara asked. She seemed way to happy then normal. I nodded my head. I locked the front door and left with my girlfriend Kara.

~later in the date (if that makes sense)~

"So. I need to tell you something important." Kara said. A wide grin on her face. "Ya?" I asked. She slipped off the engagement ring I had given her two months ago and handed it to me. "Were threw. I found someone way more handsomer and richer than you." Kara said. I felt tears run down my face. I got up. "Aren't you going to pay for my food?" Kara asked. I glared at her angrily. I then ran out of the restaurant and back to my house. It was raining violently and thunder and lightning filled the sky. I unlocked my door and slammed it closed. I ran to my room almost tripping on every step. I collapsed on the floor. Inches near my bed. I cried harder as the storm outside grew more violent. That night I cried myself to sleep. The engagement ring long gone, somewhere on the dark wooden floor.

~next morning~

I felt something move my hair a little. I groaned. I slowly opened my eyes. My vision went from blurry to clear. I gasped as I started at the figure in front of me. It...it was my character Seto! "Hey Brice. You ok?" Seto asked. "I...uh...how..." Was all I could make out. He shrugged his shoulders but then looked me in my eyes. "You came home crying last night. What happened?" Seto asked. Then it can to me. The event that happened last night. I then broke out into a sob. "Kara broke up with me." I sobbed.

Seto's pov

Kara. That bratty girl. Brice's girlfriend. They were going to get married in a few months. Why that little. I hugged Brice as he sobbed into my shoulder. We stayed like that for a while till Brice slowly stopped crying and pulled away. "Sorry..." Brice mumbled. "For what. Brice I'm always here for you." I said. Brice looked me in the eyes and leaned up. Our faces inches away. I felt my cheeks burn. His face was a light red. "You promise you'll always be there for me Seto?" Brice asked. His lips brushed up agent mine. "Promise." I answered. Brice filled in the gap between us. His lips were so soft and smooth just like how I dreamed they would be. Brice put his hands on my waist while I snaked my hands around his neck, deepening the kiss. We then both pulled away gasping for air. We both smiled at each other. Brice then smirked. "You know, I did add something to you yesterday." Brice said(Seto was a painting/drawing remember). I giggled. "And what might that be?" I asked. "You're able to have children." Brice answered. I swore my face was going to melt as it heated up even more. "Don't worry Setty you're not a girl." Brice said. "You little bastard." I said. Brice just giggled. "I love you too." Brice planted a soft kiss on my nose. We then heard banging on the door downstairs. "Brice?! Brice I'm sorry! I...I was only joking!" It was Kara. Brice turned to me. "I know one of your little powers. So?" Brice asked. "Its not the truth. Its definitely a lie." I answered. Brice got up along with myself. I followed Brice down stairs as we walked to the door. Brice opened it. There were fake tears streaming down her face along with now ruined mascara. "Brice! I'm so sorry. I was only joking. What do the boys say now a days. It was just a prank bro." Kara said. Brice turned around and grabbed my shirt collar. He pulled me into a sweet kiss as I heard a gasp front Kara. I melted into the kiss. Brice then pulled away and laid a hand on my waist. "Sorry Kara but like you said. It's over." Brice said. Before Kara could speak anymore Brice slammed the door in her face.
