When I open my eyes, I see Ashton lying beside me. I move over closer to him and shake him. "Ash, wake up. I have something to show you." I whisper.
He opens his eyes and replies groggily, "What? Do I have to see now?"
I sigh and say, "Please?"
"Alright." He says exasperatingly.
He sits up and looks around. "What?"
I pull up my T-shirt and point to my "baby bump". "Ash, look at our little baby." I say sweetly.
He puts his hand on my stomach and love fills his eyes. He leans over and gives me a peck on the lips. "Our baby will have the best momma ever." He whispers into my ear.
My heart fills with love for him, and the "baby". There isn't even a baby, and I'm already in love with it!
When I reach the living room, I plop down on the couch and turn on the TV. I flip through the channels, and finally come to a stop at the morning news. "Famous entrepreneur, Elias Christopher, announces that a woman is carrying his child!" The TV blares.
A picture of Elias Christopher pops up on the screen, he looks familiar, but I immediately brush it off. How could I know some rich dude? I learn that Elias Christopher supposedly impregnated a woman last night. How would you even know they were pregnant after ONE NIGHT? It sounds outrageous, but I've heard that man is a fraud.
Ashton hands me two blueberry toaster waffles. I smile and think about how well he knows me. I stand up and kiss him. But the kiss doesn't stop there. It keeps going until we start a full on make out session. I felt like we had already made out that morning, but that would make no sense. I was probably just remembering something from last night.
