Dear Diary,
I'm so excited for my daughter to be born! I've almost completely forgotten about Elias too! I've heard about my son, actually, and he's doing well. It's been 7 years since I moved to France and I'm glad I did. My daughter will be raised as a dancer and gymnast. Also, she'll be French, ;).

That was the final entry in my mother's diary. It had been made years ago, before I was born. She died right after my birth. Now my dad is remarried and his wife is pregnant. I can't believe he's forgotten her.
I barely knew her, but she was still my mother. I know that before I was born, when my parents were dating, they traveled the world and went to Tokyo on their honeymoon! My mom knew a lot of languages.
And yeah, I know her whole past from reading this diary. I know about her being kicked out, her faking pregnancy, my half brother, Ashton, and Elias. In fact, Ashton never got remarried. But I'm pretty sure he adopted my half brother. I did some digging, okay?
"Desiree, decendre ici! (Desiree, get down here!)" I heard my dad call.
What did he want now? "J'arrive! (I'm coming!)" I screamed.
I trudged down the steps, almost tripping and falling down the steps. "Ce qui? (What?)" I asked angrily.
"Gabrielle va dans le travail! (Gabrielle is going into labor!)" He responded urgently, a hint of worry in his voice.
I looked down at the ground and then at my step mom, Gabrielle. She was breathing hard and her stomach was the size of two watermelons, I swear. I didn't want another half sibling, but I guess this was the best I'd get.

So, dumb ending, right? But now you can write your own ending in your head! JK, I'm having a competition for who can finish the story! More info in the next chapter. Oh yeah, the stuff in parentheses is the English translation.
