Yuri's POV

I feel Viktor pull on my hand a little rougher as we leave through the exit of the amusement park we had spent the day at.

"V-viktor, I'm coming." I giggle, running along after him. "What are we in such a rush for?"

"I don't want them to run out, it's a Saturday night for heaven's sake." He whispers, almost to himself.

"What are you talking about?" I ask. "Are we going somewhere else too?"

"Oh, that's right. I didn't tell you." He says. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion as he turns around and stares deep into my eyes, though the sparkle that lives inside them still evident and a cheerful smile still spread across his lips.

"Tell me what?"

"You know how it took us almost an hour and a half to drive here from your house?" He says. I nod and scrunch my eyebrows together a little more.

"Y-yeah..?" I respond, obviously still confused.

"Well, I figured maybe we should just stay at a hotel for the night. I'm tired."

I blush. Sure, staying at a hotel sounds nice, but the situation all just seems slightly difficult to accept.

Either way, I respond with "O-okay."

He smiles brighter, then turning around and letting go of my hand. My eyes widen slightly at the loss of contact but I immediately cover it up.

I realized awhile go what kind of feelings I hold for Viktor. But nothing's happened, I haven't said anything in fear of how he'd respond.

He goes out nights on end, and half the time will come back and tell me about the people he'd slept with. It hurts, yes, but he was his own person and we were nothing more than coach and student. So I had no right to tell him to stop.

We both get into the car, him then starting it up and driving down the road until we were out of the park.

"That was a fun day." I say, looking out the window.

..It really was. A day of Viktor all to myself.

"Yeah, it was. Thanks, Yuri." He responds. I smile lightly and then rest my head on the cold glass of the car window, staring out at the night sky and the busy cars trying to reach their destination.

"Alright, this one good?" He asks as we pull into the parking lot of a hotel. I smile and blush lightly, although trying not to let him see it.

"Yeah." I respond.

We both get out of the car and then walk up to the doors, opening them and then stepping in to smell something fruity. Must be air freshener.

"One room, please." He says to the lady at the desk. She smiles and starts typing in her computer.

"Two beds or one?" She asks.

"..doesn't matter. Just whatever you've got available." He responds. I can feel my pulse rising and all the blood rising to my cheeks at the thought of getting a one bed hotel room.
