Part 1

"Hey Juvia did you hear?"

"No, what happened?"

"I heard that the prince is going to be visiting Magnolia today."

"Prince Natsu? Who cares he's always visiting the Kingdom. Why is this time special?"

"Because! I heard a rumor that this time he is going to be on the look out for a beutiful maiden to take home with him and become his personal house maid! But that's not all, I also heard that he plans on marrying the girl he chooses!"

"So then Juvia assumes that the reason for your excitement is because your hoping he'll choose you Lucy?"

"No, you are the one I am excited for Juvia."

"Juvia?! Why? What makes you think he'll choose Juvia? And furthermore what makes you think she even wants to be with him?"

"Well you know how the prince uses fire magic right?"

"Yes, and Juvia uses water, so naturally we're not even compatible."

"But that's exactly why I believe you two should be together. Show the world that love can exists between people from opposite worlds. Plus... the prince is not that bad looking either. Come on lets go to the town center together, I heard that's where he will address the kingdom today."

"Lucy! Wait Juvia never agreed to this!.."

It was too late. She grabbed my hand and immediately started running towards the center of town, dragging me along with her. I don't understand why she thinks I should be with him. Her logic was basically he's a nice guy and his magic is the opposite of yours. I don't think those two things constitute for a healthy relationship. Eventually, Lucy and I made it to the center of the kingdom, but she made a sudden stop, and when I looked up after catching my breath I realized why she had stopped. A crowd of people were standing around a burning building with a couple of people running out of it.

"Oh god! Where's my son? I need to go back in there!"

"No you can't the fire has made it to the attic! That's where the gas tanks were being stored. The building is going to blow, everybody get to safety!"

"Juvia! Quick, your the only one who could put out the fire. I don't see any water around here that I could use to summon Aquarius."

"Right, Juvia will put out the fire before anybody gets hurt."

I quickly ran towards the burning building, when I noticed that a little boy was leaning out one of the second story windows. He was coughing and looked like he was on the verge of passing out. There's no way I can save him. If I send a torrent of water up there it won't protect him from the explosion... I'm sorry...

And then I felt something, a quick rush of air on my right. Like a bolt of lightning I saw a flash of light pink enter the window. Then I heard the explosion, but when I opened my eyes the building was still there. However, all the fire was gone, and then I saw him. He jumped out with the little boy in his arms. He had a concerned look on his face as he stared at the boy. I noticed that the boy must've passed out from taking in to much smoke. I heard the guy who saved him whisper something.

"I need to get you to a doctor..."

Then he began to run, but as he ran past me our eyes met for a second. Even though it was just for a second it felt like an eternity and when he was out of sight I felt my face start to heat up, and my heart was racing.

"Juvia! Are you OK? I heard the explosion but the building is still here. Did you put out the fire?"

"Ye... yes, Juvia is fine. She's just a little out of breath. Did you see him as well Lucy?"
