15 minutes later...

When they had arrived at the hospital, they carted Tim off to do some tests on him. Tony sat in the waiting room while he was waiting for results from Tim's tests.

Soon he saw a doctor walking out towards his probably to talk to him about Tim.
Dr Williams - Special Agent DiNozzo?
Tony - Yeah, that's me. How's Tim?
Dr Williams - We had to put an IV in his arm to get his fluids back up as he was dehydrated and we have took some blood and scheduled an ultrasound as his stomach was a bit firm.
Tony - Can I see him?
Dr Williams - Yeah he is in room 12 and he is fully awake and was asking for you.

Tony walked passed the doctor and went into Tim's room to see him sitting on the bed looking out the window. He walked up and placed his hand onto Tim's shoulder.

He turned around and saw Tony standing behind him looking worried. Tim got up and walked up to Tony and cupped Tony's face into his hands and kissed Tony hard on the lips.

They soon broke away when a nurse walked into the room with an ultrasound machine. Tony smiled at Tim and Tim smiled back with just as much happiness.

Julie - Hi Agent Mcgee, I am Julie and I have your blood tests and I am surprised what has come up. I want to do an ultrasound to make sure the blood work was correct.

Tim looked at Tony with the same confused face that Tony had on his face.

He lifted his shirt up to show his stomach and Julie placed the cool gel onto Tim's stomach. She turned the screen so the could see it and turned the volume up. She place the wand onto his stomach and moved it around. What Tim and Tony saw shocked them.

There were two heartbeats you could hear through the monitor and you could see two little hearts with a little body.

Julie - Congratulations Tim and Tony, you're going to be daddies . You have 2 healthy babies growing inside of you.

She wiped the gel of his stomach and went to get copies of the picture of the babies.

Tim looked at Tony with a smile across his face and tears running down his cheeks.

Tim - We're going to be dads Tony.
Tony - We are, Tim

Tony leaned down to where Tim was sat and gave him a kiss on the lips. They spent a few minutes discussing how they were going to tell the team the news they have.

The nurse walked back in with the photos of the babies and said that Tim could be discharged from the hospital
Once they had sighed the forms,they got a cab to Tim's apartment as Gibbs said they could have the week off so that Tim could recuperate and Tony could keep an eye on Tim. 

This was one of the most happiest moments of their life.
