Shamo

The dusty dunes of Shamo are a way of life for the natives, who have tamed the beasts of the sand to survive in the barons. Shamo contains only one Oasis, that being the site of the nation's capital city, Koella. The royals of the country don't exactly get along with one another and don't even get me started on their relationship with the other countries of the UC. 

Split up into large islands the country is hard to manage and keep citizens in order. This has led to frequent locations where the law is non-existent. But for unknown reasons every person that resides in the nation still follows the King, Wilfred Arena. Some speculate this is because king Wilfred has allowed the underground dog pits and black markets to prosper, even donating his riches towards them.

Shamo has a strange alliance with Wilncast. For whatever reason no one would be able to tell, considering both countries hate the guts out of the others on the continent. 

The country is painfully difficult to enter and exit, due to the Rocadile that swarm the borders. Many captor teams have been ambushed by the reptiles, stalking beneath the fine sands. Many have barely escaped the beasts by letting their teammates be eaten, by the savage beasts.

Shamo was once a prosperous grassland. That was until Vanx, the second Wizard obliterated the entire country, leaving only the finest of grains left to cover the chunk of land. But this incident is to be kept in silence because NOBODY likes bad thoughts, do they?
