~Valentines Day~

Jessie yawns and walks to her room. She sees the pretty roses, chocolates, and the love note. Her eyes widen as she picks up the card and sees "From James" on the back. Today was Valentines Day, after all.

She opens the envelope and gets the letter out. 

Dear Jessica,

Nanny and Pop-Pop made me get all fancy for you. They also made Mummy and Daddy make a Valentines Day ball on Thursday. There's a nice outfit on the bed for the party. If you don't like it, then tell me. I made sure it was the perfect one for my perfect best friend.

Jessie giggles as she looks at the dress James gave her. It was a magenta dress that went to her knees and red high heels. There was a fancy bag of makeup as well.

She races to the garden and sees James crying on his knees. He was facing his grandparents.

"I don't want Jessebelle to come!" James sobs, Jessie's eyes grow wide with fury as she hears that psycho's name. Of course, Jessie didn't want that crazy fiance of his getting in the way of her and James.

"I can't stop your parents from bringing her, James. Just stay close to your lady friend and you'll be alright." Nanny says. Jessie walks to James and hugs him.

"I won't let that crazy fiance of yours get in the way." Jessie whispers. James hugs back, tears making Jessie's shirt wet. The grandparents smile.

~Timeskip~

Jessie watches as James tries on suits. She sighs of boredem. James was already cute, he didn't need a stupid tuxedo.

James stumbles out of the fitting room and grumbles. He was wearing a normal suit and a bow tie. She blushes as James talks to his butler.

"I'll just take it! Let's go!" James yells. He changes into his regular clothes and grabs Jessie by the hand. "What about the butler?.." Jessie asks. James laughs.

"We're leaving early so we can get you some new earrings!" James chirps. Jessie rolls her eyes. "What's wrong with my green ones?!" Jessie yells. "Its a fancy party, Jess! Ya need new everything." James says. He gets blue earrings to match Jessie's eyes.

Jessie looks at the earrings. She sighs as she remembers Jessebelle was coming to the party.
