Chapter 3 : A Little Chat

"umm...Higurashi-san.." a shy voice from behind called me

I turned to look who called me and I saw Momoi standing there...I quickly pulled myself away from Tetsuya and ran towards Momoi...

"Great you're here,why don't we talk while eating?" I asked Momoi, she nodded

"Tetsuya I'm sorry I won't be able to eat with you, it's okay right?Just get the bento in my bag bye!"I said waving at Tetsuya and running towards Momoi..

"umm did I disturb you?" Momoi suddenly asked, "No no..you didn't..umm here I made a bento for you..I bet you still haven't eaten lunch.. ^_^" I handed her the bento and smiled, we walked until we stopped and I saw a vending machine nearby..

"What would you like to drink?" I asked her

"Just orange juice is fine.."

"Hmm..I just have cold coffee then.." I said as I walked towards the vending machine, I got back with a coffee and orange juice in my hands

"Let's eat!" I slightly shouted raising my fists

"Are you always like this Higurashi-san?" She asked

"Huh? Ah! Yup, I'm always like this.."

"You're funny Higurashi-san." Momoi said

"Ehehe (^_^') sorry 'bout that" a little bit embarrased I scratch the back of my head, "Just Akira is fine.." I added

"Sure Aki-chan! Then Satsuki is fine too.."

We finished eating and started talking about other things, until I've realized that lunch time is almost over..

"Oh sh*t! Look at the time.. I'll be late for my next class...I'm sorry Satsuki-chan, I have to go." Apologizing I cleaned up my bento box

"It's alright Aki-chan, I had fun talking with you. I'll return your bento box next time." She smiled

"Haha! Me too I had fun...ahh! I gotta go! See you again! Just keep the bento box." I ran off with a wave

~time skip ~

After a while we bid our goodbyes to each other..I headed back to school.. 'Oh My Gosh..I can't be late..dammit..' I thought while walking back..

Just as I came in the classroom the bell rings..'phew that was close..' I saw Tetsuya staring at the school grounds..I poked his cheek and he turned to face me..

"So..how was the bento I made?" I smiled

"Always great Akira-chan, thank you." He complimented, "how did your lunch with Momoi-san go? He asked

"It's been good, we talked about a lot of things..and she's no longer sad. She even said that we looked good together" walking towards my seat,

"That's great Akira-chan, you handled it well" he patted my head, Kagami-san walked in with 2 giant burgers in hand

"Oi Kuroko! Coach said the training is unil around 7 or 8 today." Kagami-san said with his mouth stuffed

"Ah, sure. Are you going to wait Akira-chan?" He looked at me with his expressionless face

"Hmm...yeah of course, I don't have anything to do anyways." Putting on a thumbs up, Tetsuya slightly chuckled

Arriving at the gym, I was pulled onto the corner

"R-Riko-chan? What are you doing?"

"Teehee.. I heard that you talked to Momoi, I just wanna know what happened?" acting innocent she smiled creepily

"Riko! Are we supposed to wait here?" Kiyoshi-senpai asked with the other senpais looking at us

"Wait here Akira-chan, I'll be back" she walked towards the team and gave them the training menu, "Kuroko-kun, I'll borrow Akira-chan for a while." Tetsuya just nodded

I waited for a while, then she came back still wearing that creepy smile

"So?" That look, she wants to know what really happened
"Hmm..

~Flashback~

"Aki-chan, how long have you been with Tetsu-kun?" Satsuki asked

"It's been a month since I confessed" I said looking at the children's park across the street wondering if she would be upset hearing that I was the one to confess

"Oh, what did you said to Tetsu-kun? How did you confess?" Satsuki eagerly asked

"Uhm... I ah, I called him during lunch at the rooftop, then gathered all the courage I have to say how I feel since the basketball tryout.."

"Ehh? Really?! Since the tryout? What did Tetsu-kun said?" She then again flooded me with questions

"He said 'Yuroshiku onegai shimasu' I was kinda shocked, I thought I must be imaging those word but no..he really did said that and accepted my feelings for him."

"Kyaa! I never thought Tetsu-kun would be like that..haha now that I know Tetsu-kun is in good hands, I'm relieved." She sighed looking at the sky then smiled

'I'll know what that means when the time is right' I shrugged it off then looked at my watch seeing that lunch time is almost over,

"Oh sh*t! Look at the time.. I'll be late for my next class...I'm sorry Satsuki-chan, I have to go." I apologize

"It's alright Aki-chan, I had fun talking with you." She smiled

"Haha! Me too...ahh! I gotta go! See you again!" I ran off with a wave

~End of Flashback~

"That's good Akira-chan, and to think she too handled it well. Ha! You got Momoi supportive of you and Kuroko-kun." I was about to walk but then..

Heyoooo Reader! It's been a while (a year actually), I apologize for the super late update, also for the short chapter. I don't have enough time and ideas.. I hope you guys have. Anyways, thanks for waiting.. I know how long you guys wait for the story to update, so once again I apologize. Btw, I dont have anything against Satsuki. Tbh I like her for Tetsu, but it's a fanfic so she'll be a supportive friend for Akira and Tetsu. Hm.. I don't know what inspired to update but whatever it is, I'm thankful haha!! I love you guys!
