The Worst Mistake

The songs of Lucys Heart

One of my most favorite songs is above.

Lucy's POV

We get the 3 to safety and when an ambulance comes we leave. "Well I don't know what to do what about you?" I put my arms behind my head.

"Well what do you like to do?" He looks at me. Well I usually write songs but we can't do that now so ma-" Laxus cuts me off.

"Have you ever thought of publishing them?" He grins.

I blush. "Yes I have....But I don't think they would like my songs" *sigh* "Well maybe we can bring you two a publisher and get your songs published!!" He looks at me again.

"Really you'd do that for me!!" I get excited. "Sure we have nothing else to do so why don't we" Were lucky I have my song book on me"

"So where do we go exactly?" He points to a building. "Thanks alot for this" I smile at him.

We head in. We go for the front desk. "Excuse us but we want to ask if a publisher would look at some songs" I say nervously. "Alright!! It looks like the only one is in today" The receptionist presses a button.

"Mirajane Strauss to the front desk" "Mira!!" Me and Laxus say in unison. She comes to the front desk. "Huh? Can it be? Lalu!!" "No Mira!! He's taking me so we can see if I could have some songs published.

"Sure follow me to the studio!!" We followed Mira. "Ok let me see your book" I hand it two her. "Hmm how about "This little girl"
(Pretend it's her song) "ok" I walk into the singing room.

I turn of the recorder. "Your.....such.....A good.... Singer!!" Mira said in happiness. "Ok now let's find the rythem to go with the song".

We listened to the first one. "No" then the second one "yes!!" We added it two the song. Then we listened to it. "It sounds good!!" Laxus says.

"Ok do you think Saturday you can see me?" Mira looked at me. "Perfect I have nothing on my schedule then" I say with a smile. "Alright how about 7:45 am to 8:00 pm?" "Alright!! Here's the tape" "Bye Mira" "Bye Lalu" I blush.

"What's Lalu?" Laxus asked. "It's one of her ship names" I reply back" "For who?" I gulp. "You and me".... We both blush.

Timeskip

"Home!!" I skip two the kitchen. "What do you guys want for dinner?" I ask. "Burgers and fry's" they all say. I cook it then set it on the table. "DINNER!!" They ran out.

I take of my coat and shoes. I walk into my room and plug in a radio. After that I go to put in the tape and then Gajeel comes in. "Huh? Am I intruding?" He asks.

"No do you wanna listen" I ask. "Sure" he says. I put the tape in then Rogue and Jellal come in. The song comes on...

"That was a nice singer and a nice song what is the artists and songs name?" Jellal asks. "Me!!" "Did you write it?" Rogue asks. "Yep!!" I pull out my song book and show them it.

"I might have my first album out soon me and Mira are having our next meet up at 7:45 to 8:00 I'll probably sing about 9 more songs".

"Did you say Mira?" Gajeel asks. "Yeah she's going to be my publisher" I say. "I bet she's going to try to get me a private song"
"Well I'm going to bed" Goodnight guys.

A few minutes later I wake up to screaming. I stand up and then slip on a piece of paper and go face first. My door then opened and hit me in the head.

"Oww" I say. "Blondie you Ok?" Sting says. "Yes now why were you guys yelling!?" "Well the cat scratched up all our beds while we were eating" Sting said.
