Chapter 7

"Kidding! Your face Cath!" He shouted as he sat on the floor laughing.

"You're a fucking dick." I sat down beside him as he gasped for breath.

We sat talking for a while about random things such as our favourite bands, concerts we'd been to, places we want to visit..

"You know what," He suddenly came out with, "Come camping with us lot in february."

"Er yeah, I'll consider it.. No skinny dipping ok?"

"Alright, promise.." He said quietly as he slowly moved towards me.

Shit Cath he's gonna kiss you, shit shit sh-

His lips were so soft, I was half expecting them to hit mine suddenly

but he was so gentle and it was great and he was such a good kisser and oh my goshhh.

But he pulled away quicker than I wanted.

"Cath?" He said before I opened my eyes.

"Yeah?"

"We should go back in, its nearly midnight."

"Yeah, midnight, right."

We walked back through the kitchen into the living room where everyone was dancing to Roar by Katy Perry. The first person I saw was Amelia, standing to the side of the room with the guy she'd gone off with earlier, I walked over to her with Tom close behind, mumbling a few heys to random people we passed.

"You two had fun?" I asked Amelia as we reached her and the guy.

"Yep, Cath, Tom, this is Damian. He's an exchange student fron Lithuania." She replied, before whispering in my ear, "He's a damn good fuck aswell."

TMI Amelia, fucks sake.

"10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR!" Everyone suddenly screamed, party poppers going off all around the room, and before I knew it, Tom had locked his arm around my waist and his lips were on mine again, more agressively than the first time, yet this time it was shorter.

He pulled back, looked me in the eyes and smiled. And his smile was so breath taking.
