This is here to maybe help with making Guardian Beast forms in case it's difficult. This might only make it harder but it might also make inspiration strike who knows? This is basically paraphrased from the wiki.
Guardian Beasts, also known as Beast Partners, are a version of Summoned Beasts, that after being summoned stay with their Master/Summoner forever instead of being sent back to their home world. This is compared to regular Summoned Beasts, who typically only help out a summoner for a short amount of time.
All Guardian Beasts come from 1 of 4 worlds:
1. Sapureth, the spirit realm. All angels, demons, and spirit type Guardian Beasts come from this place. It is similar to the Christian idea of heaven. But the parts with demons also share similarities to hell. Typically all Spirits from Sapureth have mastery of Magic, but little to no aptitude with technology. Sugar comes from this world.
2. Maetropa, the phantom beast world. A lot of Beast Summons, as well as half-human Beastmen Summons live in Maetropa. That is because humans used to live in this world, before a disease killed them out. At some point, a lot of the beasts in this world became partially demonic due to an invasion from Sapureth. Most Beasts live in tribes with specific codes of honor and stuff. There are almost no machines in this world.
3. Loreilal, the machine world. Unlike the other worlds Summons come from, this place is filled with technology and machinery. At one point, humans built this technology, but they later all died out due to resources necessary for life being overused. Since then, a long time has past and all that remains are descendants of the original robots built by humans. Some things from Loreilial are still androids or robots in humanoid shape though. The artificial intelligence in some robots, like the ones that usually become Guardian Beasts is high enough that they practically have a soul like other organic creatures.
4. Silturn, the Oni World. Unlike all other worlds Summon Beasts come from, this one still has living humans in it, and even the Summon Creatures there have human-like appearances. So the most humanoid looking Guardian Beasts will likely come from Silturn. Their culture and beliefs our similar to medieval Japan. Dragons and strong Onis are the two leading forces in Silturn.
Boom! There. You don't need to base any Guardian Beast off of this information really but presumably they came from one of these four worlds. Btw all of Summon Night takes place in Lyndbaum, a world where these four worlds are all connected to which allows Summon Beasts to be summoned to Lyndbaum.
A summonite gem is needed for the summoning of a Guardian Beast. That's another thing.
I'm not sure if this will help or what but it's exposition that is now known before the rp instead of me having to force it in somewhere.
