Roomate and Me

I hate colds

Since my mum came to visit me yesterday I've been feeling awful, throwing up, stomach aches, head aches, I think it's a bad case of the flu.
Alex keeps pushing me to go and see the doctor but I know that I'll be fine in a few days so he needs to stop worrying.

"Mollie do you feel any better? Elle wants to know" Alex shouts from his room "um ye slightly" I hear footsteps coming towards my room so I quickly get up from the toilet where I've been sat for the last 20 minutes and throw myself into my bed "you sure baby because you look awful" Alex said
"Oh thanks babe that makes me feel brilliant" I said sarcastically
"Sorry and well then you can go and meet Elle for coffee at Starbucks and then go to her ultrasound with her she said something about gender I wasn't really listening" Alex rambled on as I quickly grabbed an outfit and threw it on.
I ran towards the door "bye baby I love you" I yelled as I left "love you too" Alex called back "awe but I was talking to dibbley" I laughed as I closed the door. I walked down the road towards Starbucks thinking about everything from Alex and me to Elle's baby which I hope is a boy because I love baby boys there always so cute, not that girls aren't but a boy for Elle would be so cute.
Once I reached Starbucks I walked in and took a seat across from Elle
"Hey baby momma" I said
"Aha hey, Kyle is ordering he ordered your usual is that okay ?"
"Oh ye that's fine" I said
Kyle came over and placed the drink down and I picked it up and took a sip before rushing o to the bathroom and throwing up the whole contents of my stomach. Once I finished I left the bathroom and rejoined then at the table.
"Mol I think you should see a doctor" Elle said supportively
"Nonsense I'm fine just ate something dodgy" I told her
"Mol I'm telling Alex" Elle said
"No Elle please I told him I feel better just give me til tomorrow and if I'm still unwell I will go see the doctor" I begged
"Fine"she sighed in defeat
"Thank you " I preached

We headed to the hospital for Elle's ultra sound, I wanted to be as happy as her and Kyle one day.
Miss Hyde a woman called
We all got up and walked into the room,
"Okay Elle today we are going to be checking the baby's heartbeat and making sure everything is okay, so I'm going to put this gel on your stomach and it's going to be cold, okay so here's your baby" she said pointing at the blob on the screen "now the question is would you like to know the gender of your baby?" The doctor asked
"Yes please" Elle said in excitement
"Okay well your having a.... Boy congratulations"
"Oh my god thank you so much" Elle cried
"Ghee your hormones woman, but congratulations" I laughed

I left them and headed home to Alex, "hey babe I'm home" I declared "hey did you find out what baby's she is having?" He asked
"Oh ye she's having a boy"
"Oh awesome" he said
"Anyway I'm going to sleep because I'm knackered so night I love you" I stated
"Night princess I love you too"
