Drawing tutorial (MS Paint)

First, you can either draw directly on the sheet or took a picture of your drawing and paste on it like above. I use mouse, so I draw on a piece of paper first and take the photo of it. 

Next, pick 'Curve' shape and draw the line. Choose any suitable size for the line.

Finished outlining, click on 'Select' and choose 'Select all'. Right click on the picture and click on 'Invert color'.

Go to 'File', click on 'Properties' and choose colours 'Black and white' like above. Click on OK.

Go to file again and click on 'Properties'. Choose colours 'Color' and click on OK.

Then, right click the picture and click on 'Invert color' and you're done with the outlines.

Pick your base colour for the skin. Then, colour the skin parts with your base colour.

Click on 'Select", choose 'Select all' and click on copy. Click on 'Select' again and click on 'Transparent selection'.

Pick a darker colour for the shades and start shading. Pick your base colour for 'Color 2'. Minimize your picture and click on 'Paste'.

When you clicked on 'Transparent selection', 'Color 2' will be transparent. Finished colouring the skin.
