Mabel's P.O.V.

I finished Dipper's sweater an hour before he had to leave, so I decided to wrap his sweater as a going away present and wrap Great Uncle Ford's sweater as well but have Dipper give it to him. He will be leaving in a while, and he might be nervous, but I think he will do great at the convention.

Grunkle Stan's P.O.V.

I went to go check on Dipper to see if he was done packing so he could relax and hangout with Mabel for a bit before he had to leave. Mabel decided to work on Dipper's and Ford's sweaters in the living room so Dipper wouldn't know about it. When I got to their room, I heard Dipper talking to himself, and by the sound of it he wasn't giving himself a pep-talk or practicing his speech for the 50th time, or was it the 55th? I don't know, I lost count after 1. "Hey kid, are you alright," I asked him.

All of a sudden he saw me and practically yelled,"Oh my gosh I am really freaking out Grunkle Stan! What if I mess up and embarrass myself, what if I forget my speech, what if I make a fool of my self and make myself look so stupid that I let Great Uncle Ford down and he says 'Dipper, I am very disappointed in you, how could I have ended up with a great nephew like you, your a disappointment' and I-I....!"

The kid was practically hyperventilating. Think Stanley think, what do you say to the kid, I never do these sort of talks with them. "Listen kid, you know that speech by heart, you have all three of the journals given to you by my brother, the author of the journals, and you have those memorized as well. Heck, you know all of the mysteries of Gravity Falls and my brother won't think your a disappointment, he'll be proud of you for doing this and if he isn't, I'll make him," Dipper chuckled at this. "You'll do fine, I promise," I finished.

"Thank you, Grunkle Stan."

"Your welcome. Go hang out with your sister for a while, and also, if you tell anyone that I was being sappy and doing this with you, I will know, I will find you, and you will regret it."

"Okay, Grunkle Stan," Dipper chuckled as he left the room to be with Mabel before he had to leave.
