In Iron Man Armored Adventures, what if, while fighting a bad guy, Tony (still a teen) is hurt bad enough the reactor in his chest failed causing his heart and lungs to fail, at that moment, he panicked and opened his helmet struggling to breath, but can't. In horror, the bad guy realizes Iron Man is a child and he is now dying in front of him. Instead of finishing him off, the bad guy manages to get Tony out of the suit and rushes him to the hospital before surrendering from the guilt of almost killing a child.
