I've only Reviewed fanfics so far and I promised myself I would review a new genre, then one of you beautiful fan girls sent me this story and I couldn't help but do a review on it. I can easily say I believe this is the best Maze Runner fan fiction on Wattpad. Ky_Bentley  Tells the story of Ky the first girl to enter the glades where she quickly Catches the eye of both Newt and Thomas. I don't know about you readers but I found myself rooting for newt and ky the whole time! Ky writes in a way that makes you fall in love with the characters and sucks you into the story with such ease. she has more fan fictions out and even some Originals so I suggest you check her out!

Interview with Ky_Bentley

First off I want to start by telling you I love your story! My first question is most maze runner fan fictions focus on the main character falling in love with Thomas, what made you go the route of choosing Newt? "I chose to go with Newt because I'm a sucker for sad romances and I believe that bitter sweet love builds up more development. In Part One which is The Maze, you get Ky who's already connected with Thomas since she showed up in the Box with him but then, she just sees this lanky blond haired boy and it's suddenly a moment for her. She's kinda overwhelmed by him and wants to adore him even if she didn't acknowledge it. Part Two, the Scorch, you see their friendship kinda become flirty and Newt--as his adorable golden cupcake self--this is where he wants to protect her even more then ever since they're in new territory and they don't know the possible threats. Lastly in Part Three, the Death Cure, this is where things get roughed. Ky learns the truth about herself, her family, a bit about Thomas and her, and most importantly Newt. Part Three is where Ky develops around Newt and you kinda see this side of her that you didn't see in the first two parts. So back to the main point, haha, I chose Newt because he just deserved to be loved, I LOVE sad romances, and I don't like to be clichéd within my stories. (:

I notice that you share the same name as your character, is she you?

"Yes, my name is Kyleigh and the character is Ky . . . Is she me? I say yes but then no. When I first wrote Bloodsport--and I wrote the full story on Quotev--there wasn't much TMR fanfiction and that made me sad so, I figured that I'd just write my own. And I like to put a part of me into my work and I searched up names for my OC that kinda resembled mine but not really. After a few failed names that I didn't quite like, I just decided to use my nickname that my Mom always called me, Ky. It just rolls off the tongue and it's such a small word that I thought it was nice. To express her emotions and actions, I wrote down how I basically reacted to the TMR series, so like *SPOILER* when Chuck died, I literally cried and mumbled all these words while reading the book and even watching the movie, thinking, 'Man, if I were Thomas, I would've said this to Chuck'. And with Ky, I wrote in my own sayings and thoughts, feelings, and emotions into Ky's character. Other then that, I can't see myself being Ky. Haha. As nerdy as it sounds, Ky's my alter ego within the TMR universe."Are you in anyway like your character? "Am I like Ky? Heck yeah! I kinda stated this in the last question but, we have the same thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs."Is there anything we can look forward to see from you in this story and in other stories to come? "Honestly, if you wanna see how this book ends, you can read the full story on Quotev. I mean, it's hard for me to transfer the chapters from there to here on Wattpad, hence why I rarely update over here. (: But if you love Bloodsport, I suggest on reading my newest Teen Wolf series. It's also on Quotev. The first book is called Dressed to Digress and it takes place in Season 3B with Stiles V.S Void Stiles. Then, the second story is Flesh, Season 5, with Stiles V.S Theo, and the third story is Gasoline, season 6, with Stiles V.S Theo again. The DTD Series, as I call it, has gained many fans and so many people actually tell me that it helps make their days better and I adore that."
