~Marks Pov~

'I want you to stay on the phone with me Mark, ok?' The lady on the phone said to me as I sprinted down the hall to get away from that crazy bitch chasing me,
'O-k!' I said panting heavily,
'They are on there way, it will take about 20 minutes, just stay calm Mark'
'Ok..' I said turning a corner and giving myself time to rest, I looked around and bursted into the principals office and hid under the desk, I put my hand on my quickly beating heart and signed with relief as I heard the foot steps die down.
'Mark? You still there?' I inhaled a shaky breath and whispered into the phone,
'Yeah... Yeah, I'm still here...'
'Ok, Mark, can you explain to me what happened exactly?' I took a long breath removing my hand from my heart and peeking over the desk, she wasn't there although I was her walk past the door,
'Ok... My friend... His boyfriend went to war and he-' I took a sharp breath and continued, '- has been starving himself and self harming...' I exhaled sharply, 'His teacher wanted to see, and it led to her... Harassing him?... I guess...' I heard a long sigh on the phone,
'What did she do to him exactly?' I peeped over the brim of the office desk and saw the door open to the office, I shot back down and whimpered into the phone,
'Shh.. P-please..'
'Mark? What's happening? Mark!?' She whisper yelled in the phone, I heard the rolling chair get pulled back, I had no choice but to make a run for it, I shot up like a bullet and dashed for the exit,
'Oh! You shit!' Miss Flacher scowled, I could here yells from the phone that I had stuffed in my jacket pocket.
Miss Flacher tried to grab me, she grabbed my good but I forcefully pulled away and sprinted out the door and put a chair in the way so it would stop her from coming out for at least 2 minutes, I booked it down the hall to the boys bathroom, I lifted the phone to my ear after locking the stall door,
'-RK!? Are you okay!?' I sighed with relief,
'Yeah.. I'm fine, she found me so I ran.'
'Alright, the police should be there, can you hear anything?' I listened for the police sirens,
'No..' I whispered,
'Ok, Mark just hold on, they will be there an-' I heard yelling and guns being cocked,
'This is the Police! Come out with your hands held high and any weapons dropped or we will have to use force!'
'There here!' I whisper yelled,
'Alright Mark, just go to them, I've told them you are here.'
'Thank you..' I said ending the call, I put my phone in my pocket, I slowly walked out the bathroom with my hands in the air, there guns all aimed at me,
'Mark?' One asked curiously, I nodded as tears fell down my face,
'Lower your weapons men!' The, what seamed to be the top cop said. As they lowered their guns I lowered my hands and ran to the police officers, I hugged the top cop really tightly,
'T-Thank you...' I whispered, 's-she is in their!' I said pointing to the principles office,
'Men,' the cop pointed the two men, 'You two get her, we are going to find the other young man in here...' The cops looked at me,
'Where is he Mark?' I walked towards the door slowly gesturing the cops to come, the cops went in before me, I could see what was in there but the cops started to yell,
'Sir! Set away from the boy!' I heard them cock their guns, I pushed past the cops to see the teacher, Mr. Brackembree I think, hunched over Jack who's body lay lifeless of the ground, Mr. Brackembree was performing CPR on Jack,
'No! This kid needs medical attention now! He isn't breathing!' Mr. Brackembree said pumping on Jacks chest, I cupped my hands over my mouth and nose and shook my head,
'No. No. No!' I whispered to myself,
'Sir! Back away from him!' The cops sternly said, Mr. Brackembree put his hands in the air slightly and back away from Jack glaring at the cops, The cops surrounded Jack, I scooted next to them and squished Jacks cold hands...

About 3 people in a blue, what looked like, dressing gown lifted Jack onto a gurney and wheeled his away. I burst into tears seeing Jack like that,
'Do you need a ride home Mark?' The cops said trying to comfit me, I nodded wiping my tears away, they invited me into the ambulance and they quickly hooked Jack to life support, they wired a tube threw his mouth and put a gas mask on him, they stuck a needle in his arm that got some of his blood and replaced it with a yellow liquid. I couldn't look at what they did next but it didn't sound good as I heard electric shocks and the words, 'Clear!' They pulled up in my drive way and I was my mother waiting impatiently at the window, I thanked people in the ambulance and left to go into my house tears still pouring down my face.
