Being invisible sucks. Just like having no friends sucks. Basically everything sucks, except my grades. I don't know why but I just never seem to be able to make friends. I guess I'm unapprochable..?

"Lina, please stop daydreaming and do this problem." My math teacher snaps.

My checks redden, as I slowly raise from my seat. Whoever assumes that if you get good grades teachers love you, is wrong. My math teacher, Mr. George, detests me. But at least he knows who I am, unlike all the students in this school. Heart pounding, I make my way to the board. I pick up the blue chalk, and start solving the math problem.

When I finish the math problem, I scurry to my seat with my head low. Thankfully, the rest of class passes with no problem.

RING! I jump as the shrill bell rings. I gather all my books, and walk out the door.

"Dude...long time no see"

" Omg have you heard about...."

" Did you see what the......"

All normal conversations in a high school in California. My walk through the hallways, is filled with my own thoughts. I am just loner Lina, the girl who walks by you, but you will never notice me. What is there to notice anyway?

Just as I started turning the corner, BAM! I fell to the floor.

I have been having so many test and quizzes and its only the 2nd full week of school ;( Homecoming is gonna be in a month ( i am a freshman so it will be my first time!!!) any words of advice???
