I slowly fall to the floor, as my books scatter all around me. I feel helpless, and nobody even notices that I fall. Not even the person who pushed me. As I struggle to gather my books, I feel someone staring at me. It's a strange feeling, since no ones ever noticed me before.

I look up expecting a teacher but instead I see Aaron. The most popular guy in school, the stereotypical jock, the guy who's cooler than school! He only talks to popular people, and he's a snobby jerk. He's really cute though, and its obvious that he knows it. He has dark brown hair, a defined chin, and dreamy blue eyes. To bad his personality ruins his good looks.  He stretches out his hand, and looks down at me. I am so astounded, that I forget I'm on the floor.

"Are you gonna get up?" he asks

"Ye..y..yes" I stutter. 

This is the first time I've ever been acknowledged, and the person is him....out of all people! I know his kindness won't last, when he sees my face and realizes I'm not part of his group. I don't want any trouble. As I get up, I brush off my clothes. A baggy blue shirt, and baggy jeans.

I start to speed walk away without saying thanks. Then, I start outright sprinting. Getting talked to for the first time in my high school life (I'm a senior so.......) does that to a person. I used to get talked to, I used to have friends. But then the thing happened, the thing that I am determined for no one here to find out about. I reach the bathroom! Victory!  And me being me, I trip over my own two feet and fall again.

Aaron's POV

Wow. That chick can run. I don't know what I was thinking helping her up. After all, she's a nobody. Maybe she's new? Either way who cares.....its obvious she won't be part of my group. Yet I'm intrigued......she looks like she has really low self-esteem or something.  Maybe I'll watch out for her in the hallway.

"Dude.......stop spacing out." my bff Dylan says.

"Sorry. .....what were we talking about again?"

" How we are gonna kick OakVille's (rival school) sorry butts at the football game next week"

And just like that I forgot about that girl...huh I don't even know her name.

THIS WILL GET BETTER, I REPEAT, THIS WILL GET BETTER! IF YOU COULD PLEASE COMMENT OR VOTE OR PROMOTE MY STORY THANKS <3 k so i do muay thai and its all guys and it I am usually oartnered with guys who are (16-17) but yesterday i got partnered witha 40 year old who was sweating so much and i was legit stepping in his puddles of sweat :( what about you guys? Any gross sports stories?
