4 Turtles

        I stirred a bit as I heard the mutters of different voices around me. I saw a bright light when I tried to open my eyes, but closed them again because of the intensiveness of it.

      "Guys she's waking up!" an energetic voice said.

I frowned and turned away from the voice and quickly heard the rustling of others. Remembering what happened, I quickly got up from the metal table to try to look around the room, but failed almost immediately.

"Woah, dudette. Be careful," said the orange-masked turtle. I looked into his beautiful blue eyes in confusion and looked around at the others. 4 turtles? 

Ohhhhh.....

Remembering the names of the turtles I said "The orange-masked turtle was Mikey. The purple-masked turtle was Donnie, and you," I looked towards the other 2 turtles. "I have no clue. "

Mikey giggled and the sound warmed me. He held me against his chest because I couldn't stand up and the vibrations from his chest made me grin. 

The blue-masked turtle had an animated sweat drop go down his forehead and he sighed, scratching his head. The red-masked turtle tsked at me and I looked at them sheepishly. 

"My name's Leonardo, but you can call me Leo. This," Leo put his arm around the red-masked turtle, "is my brother Raphael. You already seem to know the names of my other 2 brothers."

"You're all brothers?" I asked in confusion.

"Yep!" Mikey stated a cheerful grin on his face. "Raphie, Donnie, Leo and I are all together. Oh, and don't forget Raph's pet turtle and my ice cream kitty!"

"An ice cream kitty?" I asked. "How does that work?"

"Well, I had a bit of mutagen on my desk in a vial and then Mikey came along. Mikey was eating ice cream and he accidentally dropped it in the mutagen. April brought over a cat and the cat licked some of the mutagen ice cream while Mikey was trying to hide the mass. Of course, Mikey didn't bother looking at the animals that could've possibly eaten the mutagen and so the cat ate some and turned into an ice cream cat." Donnie said. Some silence followed after that and I looked at Mikey with a straight face.

"Really?" I asked. Mikey just grinned sheepishly and laughed awkwardly at me. I just rolled my eyes and turned back towards the others to see them smirking evilly at us. A look of confusion flashed in my face and Leo just laughed.

"Don't mind us. We're just enjoying the view." Raph snickered. I looked back at Mikey and we noticed the position we were in. I blushed and looked away from the embarrassment of being in the arms of a male. 

"Sorry," Mikey said as he put me back on the table and removed my arms from around his neck. "I wasn't thinking of the position." he responded. 

He quickly fell on top of me and I pecked his cheek when our faces touched. Both of us blushed in embarrassment and Mikey quickly got off of me and bowed towards me several times apologizing.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to fall on you!" With the snickers of the other turtles he turned towards them and yelled "Which one of you pushed me?!?"

Raph quickly ran away, grinning and Leo and Donnie followed. Mikey ran after them in a fury and I laughed at the way they were acting. They reminded me of my deceased brothers, Kyle and Sam. They would always play with each other in that way. They would always run after one another in a frenzy.

My eyes welled with tears as I thought of the horrible accident they were in. When I was 15, Kyle, a 19 year old at the time, and Sam, who was 18, went on a fishing trip with dad, except that we didn't expect a certain problem to occur. At the time, my mom and dad had a few issues. They were separate for a bit before they were planning to divorce, and mom, not being capable of telling the news to Kyle and Sam, got dad to go on a fishing trip with them to tell them the news there.
