Amongst the stars did Wiknar and Warrion travel. The beauty and grace of the violence which made the universe danced ahead and floated carelessly. There was an adoration of the stars inside of everybody; the way they flickered like candlelight was always so calming, and the few colors they could glow were so fascinating; one would wonder upon which gases would it burn, and how the star ignited. The stars formed figures and arts, no one knows why. No one knows why those stars exist, or why anything exists. For a purpose, it's said beings exist to serve a purpose, but why? So many questions that not even the greatest could answer covered the universe. The stars could bring peace or pity, depending on how much the viewer thinks upon them.

The universe of DP-17 didn't hold much compared to all the other universes out there. It was more of a wasteland filled with war. It was very unbalanced. One day it would be peaceful, but the very next, it was waging war upon itself. There were few good things to come out of it. It was sought after, not to destroy, but to conquer, especially Gaia. She was invested with humans, whom were very vulnerable to the other forces of the exterior realms. Gaia was protected by Mandy, up until they decided to leave and join the Federation. Ever since then, Gaia had been rotting away, though was glad to.

"Wiknar," Mandy's voice played through the caller, "Wiknar, do you read me?"
Wiknar pressed a button down and spoke, "Loud and clear."
"I need you to change your route. I want you to go to Earthian Gaia, DP-17."
"Gaia? Are you sure?"
"Ven."
"I thought we were abandoning that miserable planet."
"We were, but not anymore. My mother never abandoned me, and I can't abandon her."
"..."
"Just call me when you get there."
"Okay."

"Mandy must be out of their mind," Wiknar vented as she typed in the coordinates for Gaia. "I can't blame them," Warrion responded.
"What do you mean?"
"That planet is literally their mother. I don't think you were too happy when your mother died."
"...No..."
"They lived there for over nine centuries. That is their home world. They want to protect it, despite the fact they have their own planet. And I get it; Gaia means a lot to them. They never abandoned her, only the federation did."
"But they're only protecting her from the federation."
"Because they're who want it most. The humans are a problem, but I doubt it'll take long for Mandy to eradicate them. But once the humans are gone, it's only Mandy and their mandrakes left to fight."
"Mandy is probably the strongest being in all realms, considering they can only have one existence."
"They don't exist in other universes?"
"Nope. The other Mandy to exist committed suicide after the same life events."
"They must be godlike."
"Nothing is godlike."

"Now arriving at Gaia," the ship announced, "Current Earth time is 7:16 P.M." The ship took a smooth landing in a large field. Wiknar walked down the ramp, followed by Warri. As soon as she reached the ground, she sneezed and sniffled. "Ugh," she sighed, "the oxygen on this planet is so polluted. What does Mandy see in this wasteland?" Warrion shrugged as he kept beside her. "Home is home," he said, "no matter what it becomes." Wiknar scoffed. She pulled out a crystal and a screen popped up. Mandy showed up in the hologram. "We're on Earth," she spoke, "now what?"
Mandy nodded, "Good. First thing's first, make sure you don't get seen or spotted by humans. I want you to search for bases. There's one in specific, the Mirror Pool, that's extremely hidden. They're all going to be hard to find, but they're great for camping during war."
"Wait, what war?"
"I'm not abandoning Gaia."
"Oh, got'cha."
"After you're done with that, set up warps with limited access. No one needs to know about these."
"Alright."
"After that, you should be good. I'll let you know if anything else needs to be done. If anything goes wrong, contact me, and I'll warp to the ship."
"Understood. Thank you."

"I know a base on this planet," Warri announced. Wiknar turned to him. "You do?"
"Yeah, the Arachnae Garden. It was where we made hybrids like me."
"Where is it?"
"From here... I'm not sure, but I know the coordinates."
Wiknar pulled out a locator pod and handed it to Warri. "Type 'em in."
