CHARLES F. KING
SEPTEMBER 6TH, 2089
LUNAR STATION (USLS)
OCCUPATION: 1
DAYS SINCE ARRIVAL: 289
TIME: 4:01PM (EST TIME)The Asteroid hit Earth. The rock burned in the atmosphere for a few seconds before flashing the brightest light I had ever seen. Soon, a ring of fire circled around the whole planet, leaving scorching fires as bright as the sun. It took a minute or two until the ring of fire had burned the whole planet. When the Asteroid hit the Earth, large chunks of the planet had shot out into space, like splashes of water. The chunks of Earth were now hurled out into space, going in all directions. All the green and blue on the planet had turned into a black surface, with fires roaring in all areas. The oceans were burned up, and the resemblance of each continent was gone. It was now a scorched Earth, with no sign of life anywhere.
I'm looking at the chunks that had split off Earth, and it looks like they're heading towards the moon. It looks like they're going to hit me.
