(based off of the song up above. I couldn't think of a better title at the moment, so i'm using the title of the song for now)

When Midland, the world spaced in between that of Earth and the gods up above, is on the brink of invasion, the only people the council can think of to call upon to fight is their very own people. Before you could say the word go, people who believed they were eligible fighters were streaming in all over. But in order to represent your home in a fight against the invaders, you need to go through the trial, and make it out alive.

Well, if no one else would from his home town would, Luke Wright was off on his own quest to pass the trial and make it into the army alive.

Yet, what he thought was going to be rather friendly fire, turned out to be a competition that was every man to himself, and on top of that, the trial is harder than any of the competitors could've imagined.

Will Midland be gone for good? Or will these rag-tag group of soldiers be able to save this world once and for all?
