Kate, Catherine, Sienna and Madge were all in Kate's room getting ready for the disco in the local GAA club. Mascara , concealer and puppy had all been been applied all that was left was eyeshadow. "Did you hear that David O'Reily's dad got a job in England and that he and his dad are moving but not his sister?" asked Kate ." Well considering its all people can talk about theese days . Yea I've heard but I've also heard that they are due to leave in two days time!!" replied Sienna."How is he going to adjust ? He's already 13 years old with his own friends" said Madge . "And so soon ,at least give the kid a little time to think things over" replied Catherine . But all Kate could think about was the major crush she used to have on him, looking back at it now if seemed so stupid. All this thinking was interrupted as Kate's father shouted up the stairs "girls you are going to be late!"
