This is his human form, he can turn into a Krawl. He is often mistaken for a Krawl, but his true identity is his human form. All Krawl do not attack him and obey him, even though Cosmo does not like them. His identity as prince is supposed to be kept secret, ESPECIALLY his Krawl form. not a backstory but it will have to do.
