Quinn's POV
I took the deal not because I want to walk with him during that event. I accept it because I want to get my license immediately. Actually, I know all the consequences and I know also the risk that I'll take after that but Im Quinn Gibson. Besides, I'll do it just for once, then after that, nothing else will happen between me and harry. And about the problem with my father. Its not that hard I guess? I bet his very busy in his mission and he didn't need to know that right?
*first day of driving
"Hit the brake!!!" harry said panicking. I was driving this car very harshly that I didn't already know what should I do next. Well, this is my first day so don't expect me to do a great job this instance and as I said, I suck at driving.
"don't shout at me! Where is that stupid brake?!" I shout back, freaking out. He point at something and It is not very clear to me. I step in, but I realize that I step in a wrong pedal and it turns out to have more speed rate. We freak out more, but finally stopped when I hit the right pedal.
"Im gonna... die" harry said in between breaths. Harry again repeat and label the parts of the car so that I'll hit the right thing when he said so. I listen quietly but with some complains. Its kinda funny how I blame him for not teaching me well when the problem is really in me
Harry gets tired of teaching me about things so he went out of the car to get some bottled water for us two. I can say that he's really tired and sorta annoyed at me because I sometimes can't catch what he's saying about car policies and stuffs like that.
After a few minutes, he came back with the bottled water on his hand. He sits in the passenger seat, handling me the bottled water. I quickly grab and drink it. "what took you so long?" i asked while drinking. He first grab his handkerchief and wipe the sweats away in his forehead before talking. Honestly, I find him sexy when he did that. The way he took away his curls from- No wait I didn't said that. I'll take that back.
"Niall won't leave the fridge" he said.
"So... Let's get back to business and please try it in a safer way can you?" he added teasingly as I rolled my eyes. He ask me to start the engine which I did.
"wait... How many times do I have to tell you, the first thing you will do is to buckle up your seatbelt" he lean closer to me. at first I thought he will kiss or hug me so I widen my eyes but I realize that he is just going to buckle up my seatbelt. Well, thank god because if he did. I will punch him straight in the face. My eyes got stuck on his green orbs. again. suddenly I feel something on my stomach that I never felt before. I realize that our face is only inches apart. I don't know but I suddenly found A smirk on his face so I push him backwards. I look at him and there still have a smirk on his face. What is he thinking? If Im not mistaken, this is the second time that had happen to us. Weird.
"I.. L-let's just get back to business" I stuttered. I found my cheeks turned red.
"oh-kay. Go" he said with that annoying grin of him. I put my hand on the gear, ready to push it but I felt his hand touched mine. We look at our hands then we look at each other. Finally I have the urge to remove it after that I felt shyness and awkwardness filled inside me while he is just smiling in the corner like an idiot. "sorry I just want to show you how it work, I didn't know that your hand is... Is in there" he explained trying to look innocent. I ignore it, no words came out of my mouth. Usually, when I found him did that, I'll throw words on him on how he's really getting me annoyed but now There's none. Maybe because of too much awkwardness I felt. That's why. I let it go and just try my best to drive this car again But I think I still not did a good job.
