Daniella's pov

I woke up to a knock on my door. I groaned and looked to see it was 2pm. I got out of bed and grabbed Happy's hoodie and slipped it on. I had called my jobs yesterday and got my last checks this morning. I opened my door to see a women.

"Happy told me to wake you. I'm Gemma. He not going to be happy when he's sees all of these bruises." She said and I chuckled and slipped my slippers on and scratched my head yawning. We walked downstairs and I saw the guy from 2 weeks ago.

"I'm Jax we sorta meet 2 weeks ago." He said and I grunted  walking into the kitchen and grabbed some coffee.

"Yeah she's Happy's sister." Gemma said and I smirked.

"I'll talk that as a compliment!" I yelled and I heard Happy chuckle. He came in and he turned me around to see the damage. He was angry to say.

"I'm fine I promise. My ribs hurt more than my face. And if wasn't for the gun he would have raped me. Just be glad I still have my virginity." I said and shivered at the thought of him raping me. He hugged me and said I was going to be safer with him.

"I'm counting on that. Even if I have to deal with hoes trying to screw my brother." I said and Jax and Gemma laughed. I pulled away and smirked.

"Just wrap your shit. I'm to young to be a aunt." I said and went to my room. I packed my slippers and went to my closet and grabbed my tiny metal safe and put it in the bag and slipped ripped skinny jeans and timberlands on and went downstairs. Jax and Happy out my bags in Gemma's car.

"The gun is in the middle drawer. The safety is on." I told Aunt V and she smiled and kissed my head.

"You start next week. Happy has to go in tomorrow with you to sign a few papers but you should be all set after that." She said and I hugged her and when we pulled away she gave me my medicine.

"Don't forget to take those. And if you feel panic pot helps." She said and I giggled and said thanks. Happy put them in one of my bags and I hugged my mom.

"Call me when you can Mijá." She said and I said I will Mamá. I pulled away and grabbed my bike keys and kissed her head. I heard a familiar truck. I grabbed the metal bat and walked out side.

"I told you not to come back." I said and Happy and Jax went to step forward but I shook my head.

"Well you shot my foot baby. I came to forgive you." He said and I swung the bat at his leg and he fell. I put my boot on his throat.

"You are a coward that doesn't deserve anything however. The guilt of you almost raping me will be great even if I have to kick your ass for you to feel it." I growled and he choking for air.

"Happy what do you think?" I asked and he chuckled.

"He play sports?" He asked and I smirk. I took my boot of and brought the bat down on his ribs than stomped on his hands.

"Okay okay I'm sorry!" He cried and I smirked.

"Get in your truck and leave or the bat goes to your head." I growled and he got up limping to his truck and leaving. Aunt V took the bat and we all left. By 11pm we stop at a motel. Happy got him an I a room and Jax got him and his mom a room. I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow.

Gemma's pov

"Happy what bag is my medicine in?" Daniella asked and he said the one with the safe. She went searching for the bag and came out with a bottle of pills. He gave her a water and she took one out. She put it in her mouth and drank her water.

"You okay?" Happy asked and seeing how she took it really fast.
"Yea just my heart acting up again. I'll smoke some pot when we get into charming." She said and he said okay.
