Chapter 1
Abby tries to hide, she tries to hide from everyone how much pain she's in everyday. She looks in the mirror everyday and tells herself,
"Abby your amazing, your happy, and everything's fine." She knows these things aren't really true but she tries to believe them anyway. her friends seem to buy the act and so do her parents so she figures she can too if she trys.
It's Monday morning the big games tonight, Abby really doesn't want to cheer but she knows she has no choice, captains duty."Hey, Abby!! What are you doing tonight after the game?"Jake asked. God he's so annoying take a hint buddy.
"Oh, I don't know probably just going home to study. I have a quiz tomorrow."
"Well, you could study with me at my place, if you wanted."Jake said. Why, cant he just leave me alone!
"Ummm I can't, Mom said straight home after the game, I would if I could."
Not (bell rings) "Bye, I have to go see ya" Practically running for homeroom I crash into the door, that should make my day much better.
"Are you okay"says a deep voice from over head.
"Yeah, I'm......." How can I have never seen him before."I'm fine thanks" God I'm such a
dork."Good I wouldn't want anything to happen to that pretty little head of yours"says deep
voice. "Haha, What's your name?"Blake, Yours?" Why am I doing this I should just go. I stand up and run, It's not time to come out from behind the curtain yet Abby.
