The Boy In The Hallway

I awoke with the man shaking me. Only it wasnt me. I was in wolf form. It felt wierd. It felt like i was watching a wolf tht was actually me.

The man was very curious and was examining me like i was a lab rat. I backed up and growled at him. He backed up as if he got the message to back off. He put his hands up in defeat. I looked at the door and the knob was moving.

I looked at the door and back at the man. He didnt move so i put my lips up and sneared at him. It was too late. The man outside the door had came in and was surprised to see me as a wolf. He put a tranq gun on me. The man put his hand up signaling to hold fire. My two front paws went out and i fell to the floor.

My body started to shake as if i was having a seizure. The man acompanying the boss came over and put a blanket on me. I was very thankful because i turned back to a human and was bare. The boss came over to me grabbed my hands and tied them again. I didnt bother on trying to fight back. My whole body was sore and i had a headache.

The man who had brought the blanket, had a walkie-tockie and reported we needed a table that can roll.

The table arrived with four other people and i was carried onto it. A part of the table was rolled out into the hallway. The part of the table in the hallway had my head on it.

I peered into the hallway and saw a boy no older than me and was staring at me with lime green eyes. The boy was wearing an indago t-shirt and the shirt had a three big claw marks going from his left shoulder down to his right hip and he was bleeding. He wore dark blue jeans. He was standing against a wall across from me a few paces away. He was next to a door.

The door opened and a girl came outside. She was dressed in a doctor suit and had her back faced towards me. She instructed the boy to turn around with his hands behind his back. It looked like she was tying his hands together. When she was done she told him to follow her. He glanced at me again, and then turned to follow her.

"Take her to her room." I heard one of the people in the room say.

I felt a sharp pain through my upper right arm. I gave up trying to stay awake. I let the drug take me away.

I woke up with the same boy staring at me only his lime green eyes were red. And i dont mean bloodshot. I mean, his irises were red like a vampire.

I looked around for a few seconds, and realize i had clothes on.

"How long have you been staring at me for?" I managed to choke out.

"Since i got here which was ruffley two hours," he replied with a soft tone.

"And where exactly is here?"

"It is our room. When people who run this lab thing, they'll come get us."

"Right, so were you the one to put these clothes on my?" I mumbled.

"No, a girl came in and put them on. Anyway, who are you and what can you do?"

"I'm, Alexa-"

The door flung open. The same girl that took the boy came inside. I could tell, she was in her late twenties and her hair was in a long braid down her back. She wore the same doctor suit and she had black strappy wedges.

The girl came up to me and grabbed my wrists. I didnt cooperate. I moved my hands trying to get them out of her gripp. She didnt budge. She just pretended i wasnt struggling.

I looked over at the  boy. He shook his head slightly telling me not to struggle. I stopped. The girl instructed me to stand up. I did as she said. She grabbed a rope and tied my hands, behind my back. She tied the rope really tight. It probably would leave a mark, when they took it off, if they took off.

She told me to follow her. Again i did as i was told. I was guided towards a room with one door. We walked in and it looked like an ordinary doctors room. I got really scared of what they were going to do.

The girl told me to sit down in the big chair. A man came in after i got seated. The man was the boss. He wore a doctors suit and running shoes. He told me to stand up. I did. He smiled that creepy smile of his. It sent goosebumps down my arms.

He took the rope off. I looked down at my wrists. They both had rug burns and they stung.

"Sit back down." He told me.

I sat back down. The boss came over to me, grabbed an arm and tied it to the chair's arm. He did the same to my other arm. Once he was done, he and the girl, walked outside.

I was alone.
