Chapter Three (Lady Elizabeth)

Your POV

Thump

Was that my heart? Hmm. I'll have to look into that later.

"Okay. We should head back now." Ciel says. "Alright then Ciel." It was weird but I liked calling him Ciel. It was his real name after all, it just felt right. It wasn't a huge deal but something just glowed inside of me. We were bonding.

We got back to the carriage and Ciel sat next me to me. I slightly blushed and smiled. This time we were going back to his big manor. That's when I will meet the other servants. The next day we would go to a ball to investigate one of the jack the ripper suspects. We would have to work out a few more kinks but everything was planned.

I started getting tired. Why am I getting tired? I don't need to sleee... My thoughts drifted off as I fell asleep on Ciel's shoulder.

I wake up a few hours later to Ciel saying my name. I slowly open my eyes. I forgot I was on Ciel's shoulder. "(Y/n) Um... We are here." Ciel stuttered blushing. I blush too. "Oh! Yes right ah... Sorry about that." I quickly hop out the the carriage.

When I walk in I was quickly greeted by four other servants. "(Y/n) This is May-Rin, Finny, Bard, and Tanaka." Sebastian pointed to each one. Tanaka... How do I say it... Deflated? Infront of me. I said nothing and just bowed and introduced myself.

"CIEL!" I turn around to see a lady in pink running twords Ciel. "LIZZY?" Ciel yelled. The girl ran up and hugged Ciel. The girl stopped and pouted. "Who is that?" She pointed to me. "That's my new maid, (y/n)." Ciel rubs his head. "Oh that's just amazing! I can't wait to see how many dresses she can fit in! Let's go now!" Elizabeth grabs my arm. Elizabeth stops and we both turn around to see Ciel holding Elizabeth's other arm. "I have important things to discuss. Go dress up the other servants if you must." I almost caught Ciel... Pouting? "But Ciel!" Elizabeth whinned.

"It will only take a minute. Then you can dress her up and do whatever you please."

Oh god... That still means I will have to go through that later.

"Alright then. May Rin. You are coming with me." Elizabeth grabs May Rin and drags her off somewhere.

"Follow me." Ciel walks off into the manner. I follow him as he starts explaining everything. "Who you just met was Lizzy. You will address her as Lady Elizabeth. She is my fiance." Ciel leads me into a room.

Fiance?

The word pierced me in a way I couldn't explain. Why did it bother me. I was a demon. Why should I care? I mean it wasn't like I had feelings for Ciel. That's impossible right? Having feelings for a human.

"(Y/n) Why do you wear that around your wrist?" Ciel's words bring me back out of my thoughts. He was pointing to a black band that hid my contact symbol.

(Demon symbol? I don't know so I am calling it a contract symbol. Also it is on your left wrist. Why? I don't really know. But it works for now.)

No one can know.

"Oh just a bracelet." I lie. Ciel turns twords me his eye glaring at me in such a weird way. "Are you trying to hide something?" He asks.

Ciel POV

There was a look of pure shock on her face. I saw through her. When Sebastian couldn't find anything about her I started to get suspicious. He did find some information. Nothing worth anything though.

"Don't bother lying because eventually we will find out your secrets. Even if I have to, personally, inspect you." (y/n) took a few steps backwards.

Elizabeth burts through the door. "CIEL! ARE YOU DONE YET?" She whines. "She is all yours. Go nuts." I sigh and shoo Lizzy away. Lizzy grabs (y/n) and runs out the door.

Your POV

Hours and hours and hours and hours. What felt like an eternity of trying on dresses it was finally over. Lady Elizabeth was staying the night and eating dinner.

Ciel sipped his tea. "I suppose it is rather nice to have a maid that doesn't break everything." Ciel glared at May Rin. "I'm really sorry Master Ciel yes I am." Sebastian was cleaning up May Rin's mess that she made.

"Oh come on Ciel May Rin isn't all that bad. But I do like how I have someone to dress up." Lady Elizabeth smiles. "Why does it matter? You practically dress up everyone you can get your hands on." Ciel continued to sip his tea.

I was still in a dress that Lady Elizabeth shoved me into. It was puffy and short. I didn't like it.

I silently stood by the table. I had memorized our plans for the ball. Ciel would be dressed as a girl, which I thought was absolutely hilarious. Sebastian would act as his tutor. Madame Red would be there. I was also acting as bait for our suspect. According to Madame Red the suspect has a eye for any pretty little thing in a skirt. Ciel and I would try to figure out his angle. That was basically it. The rest we where hoping went to plan or we were winging it. I hoped everything would work out well.

There you go chapter three. I am trying to capture the characters of black butler and write them like in the anime. I hope I am doing everything right so far. Bye~
