Chapter Twenty-five (Visit)

P.S even though book of murder is only two episodes I am going to make it longer than two chapters.

Ciel and I sat in the lounge as Sebastian prepared tea. I took a sip and looked at the ring on my finger.

It felt so familiar yet so new. I was used to the feeling yet I wasn't. But I knew that for one thing, I was happy.

"(Y/n), we are expecting a visit from the queens butler's later today. I expect it to be about my last report." Ciel said placing down his tea.

"Are you saying I have to look presentable." I asked looking at my normal demon like attire.

"Precisely." Ciel said, a slight smirk tugging on his lips.

"Alright. For the queen. Also, does she know about me? And how we are engaged." I asked turning to Ciel.

"Yes. She does." Ciel answered.

"And?" I asked. "Stop being vague!"

"Alright. Alright. Just messing with you because I know it annoys you. She is fine with it. She is, I presume, happy that I found someone with a noble rank whom I love." Ciel said giving my hand a kiss causing a blush to flash across my cheeks. "But of course you aren't really, a noble."

"Well to be fair you aren't really a human any more are you?!" I challenge back.

"Touché." Ciel said. "Now go, I am not sure when they will arrive."

I went and got changed into a dress and came back to Ciel. Sebastian said they should arrive soon so I went with Ciel to wait with him.

There was then a huge noise erupting from the kitchen. My first thought, BARD WHAT DID YOU DO NOW?!

But when we got to the kitchen we found two people fighting the servants.

"A true guest enters, politely, through the front door." Sebastian said breaking up the fight.

"Ah right. Excuse us, I am Earl Charles Grey and this is Charles Phipps. We are known as the Double Charles." He said.

"Pleasure to meet you Earl Grey." I paused. His name is a tea. I thought refraining from letting out a chuckle. "Though next time I would appreciate it if you entered politely."

"Of course, call this a, test if you would. Now let's get to the important things shall we?" Earl Grey asked walking right into the manor followed by Earl Phipps.

We all went up to the lounge and Ciel began discussing things with him.

"There is a special guest coming here. So her majesty wishes for you to throw a party to give him a nice warm welcome.

Ciel was about to push the letter away when Earl Grey bought up an accusation of murder with me as an accomplice.

I carefully set down my cup of tea and stood up brushing off my skirt. "Interesting, so the queen, would accuse Ciel and I of murder. While of course I would never question the queen this time I am rather questioning, you." I said glaring at Earl Grey.

"Oh please. I am just the messenger." Earl Grey said getting up and walking over to me. "I wouldn't accuse you of murder because you are too pretty for that. But the queen just found out about you." He added taking hold of me by the waist.

"I would appreciate it if you would let go of me. I am happily betrothed to Ciel." I said glaring at him refraining from throwing him across the room. He let go and I sat back down next to Ciel. "Next time I will not hesitate to be, let's put it this way, not so lady-like."

"Okay then. Earl Phantomhive you have yourself a loyal one there congratulations. But back to the party." Earl Grey asked.

"Yes, in this case we will be happy to have one." Ciel said taking the envelope.

Later after they left Ciel was talking with Sebastian and I. "Something is off. I believe that her majesty is testing me is some way. At the party we must be prepared for everything."
