At The First Glance

      Ethan arrived to Mileena's house to get ready for the party at Cameron's house tonight. All of them are getting ready in Mileena's room tonight so that they have their privacy and their own space. Ethan walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. Ethan then decided to walk straight into Mileena's house.

      "Hey Ethan! How are you?". Mileena's mom approached Ethan with her arm extended forward for a handshake.

      "I Haven't seen you in a while."

      Mileena's mom had said when he was washing the dishes.

      "I'm good."

      "Well that's good"

      Mileena's mom wiped of her hands off and walked to the basement stairs.

      "Mileena..Ethan's here!!" She yelled. Couple of seconds later Mileena came running up the top of the stairs. She was already out of breath from just those couple of stairs.

      "Ethan! Bridgette is here too and you're gonna help us pick out the outfit. We can also help you! Good thing you live close" Mileena said, leading Ethan downstair with her hand on his back.

      "I don't know if I'll be of good help, but sure". Ethan said and shrugged his shoulders. As they reached to open the door they were listening to music from her TV that was blasting out of the speakers.

      "Ethan!!!" Bridgette yelled as she jumped up from the bed, which she had prepped with cloths for tonight.

     "Hello to you, too Bridgette"

      Ethan had took a seat on the couch that Mileena had in the corner of the room. Mileena's room was downstairs and was always the coldest room in the house. Her room was a decent size with a purple tapestry on plain white walls and she had her bed color to match, everything was purple. The carpet was really soft with a nice white tone to it to brighten up her room. Sleeping in the basement was never a treat especially with the lack of light that she always has no matter what the season was, but that what she prefers. Bridgette and Mileena talked among themselves as Ethan just sat there not sure what to do for the time being.

      "Okay let's get this over with. Bridgette you first." Mileena said a little louder for Ethan to hear. Bridgette gets up from the bed again and carried the clothes all in her arms and went across the hall to the bathroom. Mileena and Ethan sits there with silence. Mileena sighs. "So how are you Ethan?"

     "Oh... I'm pretty good." Ethan slowly replied. While Mileena was looking at Ethan she can notice that something has been bothering him lately.

     "Dude What's up?" Mileena questioned. Ethan looked down at his lap.

     "Wel-" Ethan was suddenly interrupted by the screaming of Bridgette.

      "HAHA I scared you dude!" Bridgette said while punching him in the shoulder. "Anyways what you guys think?" Ethan and Mileena looked at Bridgette as she backed up twirled around slowly for them to look at all angles of the outfit.

      "Well..." Mileena paused. "I think you shouldn't wear the necklace, it adds too much and wear different shoes then it be great!". Both of the girls looked at Ethan waiting for a opinion from him. Bridgette punched him in the shoulder.

     "Dude, what do you think?"

     "Oh... ummm... yeah it looks good, but maybe you wear you hair differently???" Ethan questioning his own opinion. The other two agreed and Bridgette went to do the changes.

      "Ethan...we have to talk later, like tomorrow night." Mileena said. "Tonight we will have fun, so try not to think so much about what's bothering you.

      "I don't want ruin tonight, since It's like my first big party." Ethan agreed.

      "Okay cool, well I'll go and get my outfit on. Then we'll go quickly to your house and get you all dolled up, Okay?" Ethan nodded and agreed once more. After 30 minutes later Bridgette and Mileena were all ready. They said their good-byes to Mileena's mom and went out the door to Ethan's house, which was only like 3 minutes away. They drove there, since they were going to leave right from their house.

      The girls helped Ethan picked out his outfit. The girls thought he looked good, especially Bridgette. He wore dark black jeans, a gray v-neck, a black light leather jacket, and with his usual black sk8-hi vans. Moments later after getting wowed from the girls Devon came and knock on his door.

      "Come in!" Ethan said loud enough for the person to hear.

      "Hey sor....DUDE! You look sick!" Devon said loudly as he approve then patted Ethan on the back. "You'll sure get some tonight man!" Everyone began to laugh, but for Ethan, he's face just turned to a tomato. The group of friends sat in Ethan's room for a while until the time was 7:30 pm.

     Oh it's time to go!" Mileena said as she's getting up and started gathering her things. Everyone else followed along.

      Everyone jumped into Mileena's car with Bridgette in the passenger side and the two boys in the back. and went to Cameron's place. As they arrived, the place has awas really huge. A medium driveway with a big yard and even the house was big. "Wow", they all thought with no words. They never been to Cameron's parties before, so they didn't know what to expect. Everyone heard that he was rich, but not that rich. Driving slow down the driveway they could hear trap music playing. Mileena found a spot to park in and shut off the car.

"You guys ready to party?!" Mileena said with a little jump in her seat turning towards her friends.
