At The First Glance

At that night of Ethan’s first date went really well making the two really into each other, but Carmen’s friend, Willard’s girlfriend seemed to mess it all up for the two.  After the two left, leaving Ethan all alone, He had felt something bad must have happened that caused them to go off fast.  Then thought Carmen’s friend look actually familiar to him, but he doesn’t remember where and how he had met her.  As Ethan was just looking at space Mileena had came by.

“So how was it?  Seems like you guys were getting along really well.”  Mileena said happily.

“Yeah, I feel like me and her have a connection, thanks for doing this for me”  Ethan looked up to Mileena and gave a big smile.  Mileena nodded and laughed to herself

“Well I know you walked here, so I’ll give you a ride home I’m almost done.  Just wait here and I’ll come back when I’m done”  Mileena turned around and disappeared.

As Ethan pondered at the table alone he started to think where that person was from.  Few moments later he remembered that party about a month ago.   That chick  looked like the girl in the black dress...Brianna.  Didn’t Mileena say that Carmen was Willard’s girlfriend’s friend?  Maybe Carmen had Brianna pick her up cause Willard’s girlfriend had different plans?  After Ethan had those thoughts Mileena was finally done with her job and was ready to go.  They both walked out of the doors without no interruptions and got in the car.

In the car Mileena had Ethan tell all about the little date and what were his feelings about the whole thing.  And Ethan had told her everything with a huge smile plastered on his face.

    After the fact that Willard is now single, nothing hasn’t actually change only that he has more time than usual.  He ended up picking more hours at the restaurant, since he doesn't have to always be by a certain girl’s side anymore.  For working with Mileena for about 8 months now they have been getting closer.  They were friends at work, but never talked outside of work.  Mileena told him that since he listens to her venting here and there that he could talk to her about these things if needed.  People always could use someone to just listen to their problems, and Willard have not actually had someone to talk to about his feelings.  Always feeling like that men don’t cry or talk about his feelings because that’s what his dad raised him up to be.  Willard have been having this feeling for awhile now but have not said anything or shown any hints of what he has felt.  Lonely.  The distance between Brianna and him before they ended their relationship.  The way his family doesn’t pay enough attention.  

Knowing how to ignore his feelings it was easy.  He decided that Mileena was a good person and that it was okay to open up his feelings towards her.  Soon as Mileena walks into work, he plans to ask to hang out, out of work and plankton be actual friends.  He thought about the party that happened awhile ago maybe they all could hang out since they have been introduced once before.  Inside he felt actually excited at the thought have maybe opening up and allowing more friends in.  Mileena is a chill person so maybe her friends are as well.  For a long time Willard had made many people at school and work are annoying and seemed to uptight of who and how people are to allow in their circle of friends.  

Willard noticed that Mileena came for her shift.  He then said to himself that help ask when they are done with work instead asking her now.  Since it was a weekend, Wednesday they wouldn't work so late because school is, of course, tomorrow.  A few boring and long hours has passed and haven't really talked to anybody but working really hard since it was a busy ass night.  Mileena usually got done with work about a half an hour before Willard is, so he might lose his chance to ask.  Willard felt his loneliness become greater, maybe it better if he doesn't ask?  

           “Okay I’m out this bitch” Mileena says loud but not loud enough for people eating could hear.  Willard signed.  He lost his chance as he heard her jiggling keys heading to the door.  He just continued his cooking and a few seconds later he heard the door opened to the kitchen.  He turned his head and he saw Mileena standing there and seemed to be looking for something or someone.

“Mileena what are you looking for?”  she turned around and saw that Willard was looking at her and smiled and walked towards him.

“I needed to ask you something...would you want to hang out with me and my friends this weekend…well
