I was abandoned and left to die when I was very young. People say my parents didn't have enough money to raise me, but I think it's for other reasons.
See, I have this condition, It's kind of like a weird version of ADHD but not. Like, I don't yell random things or do random stuff without control, I just look up at the sky and daydream without being able to control it. I think I do this because I don't have any friends, and I'm stuck in an orphanage with only kids way younger, or way older than me, so it's my only escape. I call it, my perfect life.
In this life, I have a mom, and a dad, who love me and will do anything for me. I have a kitten that I named Fluffy, a pool outside, and when I don't want to be home, I can climb a ladder and sit under a tree that's floating in the clouds. Yep, this life is perfect. I've got four or five really close friends named Alice, Baxter, Cleo, Dalziel, and more so than not, little Emma. And I'm Fargo.
Together, we're the 6 Dreamers. Sometimes, I wonder whether these kids are actually real, or just a figment of my imagination. Either way, I love every single one of them. They're all so different from one another, but they all can dream just as good as I can, sometimes even better.
Alice is the oldest, she's 16, and she can help us out in any situation, and can also dream up things the fastest. But some of her dreams are too mature for us, like this one time, she dreamt us all up cars. She's the only one who can drive. But she'll find the best way out of whatever trouble we come across.
Baxter is the second oldest, he's 15, and also very mature. He only uses his dreams when there's a crisis, never for ice cream or candy, just when he, or any of the Dreamers are in trouble. But even Alice uses her ability for sweets every once and a while.
Cleo and Dalziel are twin brother and sister, and are extremely funny. When they do use their ability, it's usually for something like clown shoes or a pet skunk. they're 13 (my age) and are my best friends in the whole universe, both dimensions.
Then there's little Emma. Emma is awesome for her age, which is 6. She's really brave and will do anything the "big kids" do. I, personally, think she is the cutest 6 year old ever. But she fits right in, even if she's a bit younger than the rest of us.
We always meet at the floating tree in the sky, which is extremely close to all of our dream-houses on the ground. And when one of us wants the others to be there, they just dream that they are, and then poof, everyone starts climbing their letters.
All of these kids tell each other about their real lives as well, but I'd rather not get into that, they're way too depressing, and their dream world, like mine, is so much better.
And you may ask "What about you, Fargo?" Well, you'll find out about me soon enough.
