Oh what to do about nothing?

Question

I was wondering if you would prefer more frequent updates with shorter, out of order chapters (it would be on the the same timeline but I would just write and post as I thought of ideas) or less often updates but it would be in order. Or in order but there may be big time jumps between chapters, as I plan to write the story until Emma is around thirty and it would be like 100 chapters.
