He is back

*Ambers pov*

I woke up to the sun shining in the bedroom.

Lucas was gone.

I got up,showered, and quickly or dressed.

As I was walking down the hallway I heard a voice.

"No. I thought I took care of-okay okay just calm d- okay okay I have a plan. Bring the crew to Jarrid's house. We will meet there. She is still asleep so give it an hour. Okay bye."

I looked over to see Lucas hanging up and throwing his phone Onto the floor, and throwing a vase off of the table.

I jumped when I heard the glass shatter onto the ground.

I guess I made a noise because Lucas turned around.

"Amber. What are you doing there. We're you spying on me!?" He asked his voice turning cold.

"No no I walked down and heard you on the phone and I just waited until you were done I just.. Lucas what's going on? Who were you talking too?" I asked trying to change the subject.

He sighed running his fingers through his hair.

"That was um my best friend Kyle. Greg is coming back and I'm taking you somewhere safe okay?" He said grabbing a bag.

"I already packed you stuff because I don't know how long you will be there." He said walking to me and grabbing my hand.

"Let's go. We have to leave." He said pulling me out the door.

I sighed and followed him out the door.

We got in the car. He gripped the steering wheel right and I knew this was serious.

We drove for about a half hour and then he pulled up to a house.

It was decent sized. It had a fence all around it and 3 cars in the driveway.

The driveway could probably fit 6-7 cars. The driveway was bigger then the house itself!

We pulled into the driveway and he stopped the car.

"Let's go cupcake." He whispered getting out of the car.

I got out too and I followed behind him to the house.

He seemed to be a little bit calmer. He reached over and grabbed my hand.

His hand was rough but soft and warm at the same time.

He knocked on the door and a big talk guy opened the door. He was extremely muscular with tattoos up his arms.

I took a step back.

"Robert!" Lucas said stepping forward and bro hugging 'Robert'

He pointed to me "this is my girl Amber." Lucas said.

"Ahh Amber!!! Nice to meet ya! I'm Robert!" He held out a hand to shake and I gladly excepted it.

"Amber this is my older brother Robert." Lucas said pulling me into the house.

As I walked in I saw 3 more boys sitting on the couch.

"Aye Lucas!!! What's up bro?! Hey is that you're girl?" The one on the lower end of the couch answered. He wasn't nearly muscular as Robert but pretty close to as muscular as Lucas.

"Amber this is Kyle. My best friend" he whispered into my ear.

"Yeah Kyle this is Amber.Amber this is my brother Jarrid and my other brother Dylan."

He pointed to the two other boys sitting next to Kyle on the couch.

"Hello!" I waved to them.

They waved back.

"Okay guys Amber has to stay with you for a bit. Greg is after her and I need her to be safe. We will switch. A few of us will go out searching for Greg while some stay with Amber. Got it? Every night we will switch." Lucas said squeezing my hand.

They all nodded.

"Okay tonight I'm gonna stay here with Amber because this is her first night here. Let's have Kyle,Dylan, and Robert go out tonight and Jarrid and I will stay here with Amber . Tomorrow we will switch. Okay?"

They all nodded.

"Let's go get ready." Kyle said standing up and walking down the stairs followed by Robert and Dylan.

"Amber lets go set you're stuff up." Lucas said grabbing my bag and walking down the hall.

I nodded and followed him to a bedroom at the end of the hallway. It had a queen sized bed a closet, dresser, a TV, and a built in bathroom.

We both started to unpack.

"Cupcake I'm going to go get some food are you coming?"

"No no I'm gonna stay in here but thanks." I replied.

He nodded and walked out of the room.

I sat down on the bed and turned the TV on. I put on the Fosters I needed to get my mind off of everything.

I had watched 2 episodes and was in the middle of the third when the door opened.

Lucas walked in.

"They Are leaving now. How about you come in the living room with us?" Lucas asked.

I nodded and turned off the TV. I got off the bed and walked to him.

He grabbed my hand intertwining our fingers. Even in moments like this and how long we have been together i still get butterflies every time he does that.

I smiled slightly.

We walked out to the living room. Jarrid was sitting on the couch on his phone.

I'm assuming the other guys left.

I wasn't a huge fan of Jarrid. He seemed so mean.

Lucas and I sat down on the couch. We were watching Friends.His arms were around my waist an he was sitting behind me with me on his lap.

My phone started to vibrate. I pulled it out of my pocket to see my moms number on the screen. I answered it.

A:hell-

Mom-OMG AMBER!

A-mom what happened?

Mom-SOMEONE WAS HERE AMBER! THEY JUST LEFT! THEY WERE LOOKING FOR YOU! IT WAS A BUNCH OF BIG MUSCULAR GUYS! AMBER WHAT DID YOU GET INTO!?

My heart stopped. Greg's guys know where I live and they saw my mom. What if they kill her?

A-mom it's a long story just-

Mom-NO AMBER THEY ARE BACK NO AM-

A-mom? MOM! MOM ANSWER ME!

A tear rolled down my cheek and Lucas immediately alarmed.

"What happened Amber?" He asked

Jarrid turned to look at me too.

"They got my mom."
