We Ain't Do Nothing

RayRay's POV

When I woke up, Zamir was gone. I looked around the room and still didn't see him. I just grabbed a pair of underwear out my bag and went in the bathroom. I looked at my face in the mirror, my face had a bruise on it. I touched my face, it didn't hurt as much as it did last night. But I know Taj's face hurts way more than mine does. I can't believe Zamir never told me about him. I'm starting to think Philadelphia isn't the safest place for him, maybe I could convince him and Xavier to come live with me in New York. I don't think Xavier would wanna leave Philly though.
I grabbed the shampoo and turned the shower water on. I decided to just wash my hair in the shower.

Zamir's POV

I left Ray in the house with Xavier, so they could go to the police station when they got up. I barely slept last night. I couldn't stop thinking about what happened. I just wanted to get out the house for awhile. I decided to just go get my hair cut. As I was walking to the barber shop I seen Taj's older brother. I covered my face hoping he wouldn't see me, but he did. DAMN!!!

"Aye! Get yo ass over here!" He shouted at me.

I walked towards him very slowly.
" What do you want Rell?" I said irritated. Taj's brother name is Tyrell, but everybody called him Rell.

"What happened to my brother 'cause I know you had everything to do with it. And I know your boyfriend is the one who messed up my brother's face. Imma let you know this now, if I see that little Mindless boy his life is over, and I mean it."

"We didn't have nothing to do with your brother, I don't even know what happened to him. You better not touch RayRay, he doesn't even know Taj."

"You better not be lying to-"

"What I gotta lie for."

"If you lying imma-"

"You ain't gonna be doing nothing. If you touch me, Ray, or X, you gonna be in jail so if I was you I'd stay away from us." After I said that to him I walked away.

It may have seen as if I wasn't scared talking to him, but I was terrified. Rell is like twice my size. Him and Xavier are like a year apart. Rell is a year older than Xavier. I really hope Ray is gonna go to the police station before, this gets out of hand. Let me just call Ray.

The phone rang for awhile. No answer. I called again. No answer. I tried calling X. No answer. I was getting worried.

I just continued to walk to the barbershop. When I got to barber shop, they were just about to open. Xavier knew the owner, so I never had to make an appointment.

"Sup lil' Z"

"Nun much"

"You staying out of trouble?"

"Kinda"

"What you mean 'kinda'?"

"Taj showed up at my house."

"Your ex?"

"Yeah, but Ray was over"

"So what happened?"

"That's it?"

"Yeah, but I just ran into Rell, and he said if he find out X , Ray and I, had anything to do with this it's gonna be a problem." My chest tighten after I said that.

"Well....lets get you inside, so I can cut your hair and take you home."

RayRay's POV

When I got out the shower, I saw that Zamir called me. I ignored it for a minute. I slipped my underwear on. I brushed my teeth and looked in the mirror. There was a scratch on my face. I went back in Zamir's room and got dress.
