Josh's POV
I walked into my brothers home. "Hey family!" I yell and open my arms wide. Riley and Auggie run up to me and hug me. "Hi uncle Josh" Riley said smiling. "Niece ,nephew" I say and smile back. "I'm going to have a slumber party with everyone tonight,wanna join?" Riley asked me with puppy dog eyes. "Fine.." I sighed. Then I smiled when I realized that Maya was going to be there. I know I've always said that she's to young for me ,but now she's 18. So I think I waited long enough. Anyway I snapped out of my train of thought and went upstairs to take a shower.

I was helping Riley set up when the speaker buzzed. "Hey losers its Maya" Maya said. Riley went up to it. "Come up" she said into it. A few seconds late Maya opened the door. I stood there shocked. She looked so different. Her once pale skin had a slight tan to it,her hair went down to her waist,and she was wearing dark lipstick. She looked absolutely stunning. "Hi peaches" Riley said with a goofy grin and pulled her into a hug. "Hey riles " Maya's angelic voice rang in my ears. She pulled out of the hug and looked at me. A smile fell on her lips. "Hi Josh" she said and pulled m into a hug. "H-hi" I stuttered. We all sat down to wait for everyone. I sat next to Maya and every time her knee brushed against me I felt a tingle go up my spine. The buzzer came on and everyone announced they were there. The door opened and everyone came in. Maya got up and went straight to Farkle. Farkle smiled and did the worst thing he could ever do........he kissed her. On the lips!! I stood up quickly. "You to are dating?!" I asked angrily. "Yep!" They say and smile at each other. "But Maya what about our someday?" I say upset. "Sorry Josh but you waited to long, plus I realized that I never loved you it was just a silly crush,I love Farkle" she states. My heart shattered into a million pieces. "Whatever it's fine" I say and put on a fake smile. "Good" she smiles at me.
Farkle's POV
I was so happy that Maya loved me! I put a arm around her waist and kissed her cheek. She smiled and I saw Josh glare at me. "Farkle ,Josh can you get more pretzels?" Riley asked us. We nod and both get up. We walk into the kitchen and start putting pretzels in the bowl. "Hey Farkle?" Josh asks. I look at him and he smirks at me. "I hope you know that Maya's mine" Josh states. I look at Maya and smile. "Actually Maya is mine" I say grab the bowl of pretzels. I go into the living room and sit down next to Maya. I look back at Josh and see he's boiling with anger. 'Maya is mine' I think to myself.
