Bokuto [ Ｔｒｏｕｂｌｅｓｏｍｅ ]

You wandered around the gym while collecting the volleyballs scattered around. Your the manager of the team and it's been a handful dealing with the team members especially Bokuto. Yes, you have to admit that his a very good player but he also have some problematic side, just like now.

"AKAASHI! DON'T PASS ME THE BALL" Bokuto said, while dramatically pointing at Akaashi. The volleyball team and you looked at him before Akaashi broke the silence.

"Okay, I'll pass it to someone else'' You watch as Bokuto look at Akaashi confused while you chuckle under your breath and proceeded to collect some volleyballs lying around the court. Loud squeaks and thumping of heels filled the court, you went out and refill their water container. You carried the basket filled with empty water container, walking your way towards the water fountain. The cold water filled the empty container making a soft splash here and there, you quietly hum to yourself as you tighten the lid of each container.

"Y/N, you forgot this'' You flinch in surprise, sharply glancing behind you to see Bokuto waving his water container. You quietly glared at him and slowly snatch the water container on Bokuto's hand.

"You scared the living hell out of me''

"Y/N, is always easily scared''

"Sorry about that'' You said, your voice filled with sarcasm as you filled the container. Earning a nostalgic splashing sound once again.

"You know, if you don't have that kind of personality. You'll be more popular'' Bokuto said making you glare at him. When he saw your piercing eyes he suddenly flinched and started stuttering with his words.

"I'm being real with myself'' You scoffed, you silently place the water container inside the basket before lifting it, as soon as you felt the weight of the basket you let out a small grunt earning a worried look towards the team captain. You lifted up the basket and slowly walk towards the gym door with your knees shaking with every step.

"Let me help you with that'' You felt Bokuto stepped infront of you and held both of your hand on the side of the basket. You look at him confused he notice your stare and gave a huge cocky grin.

"Tell me, how do you snatch the basket from me when your hand is on top of mine how can I let go?'' Bokuto looked at his hand ontop of yours before abruptly snatching his hand away, you watch him as he becomes a blushing mess while at the same time trying to act cool.

"Here, you can carry this I'll carry some two container so it wouldn't be that heavy'' You said giving Bokuto the basket which he obliged. You felt your figure jolt in annoyance as he cross his arms and flash you one of his usual smirk, making you look at him blankly.

"I could carry the basket with no problem at all, after all you see me spike those volleyball ball. It's full of force'' After saying his phrases he slowly walked closer to you and grab the basket. You let go of the basket and saw Bokuto's arm go down a bit, clearly seeing the weight enveloping his arms. You look at him while he grunt in pain, his arms started shaking and a droplet of sweat lingered on his forehead.

"Y/N, w-why is it so heavy'' He stuttered

"The bottom of the basket have several towels, so that adds up from the weight of the 18 full water container inside'' You pointed out inside the basket,  towards the towels on the bottom.

"If you need some help I c-''

"No! I got this'' You watch as Bokuto spun around and walk towards the gym, leaving you staring at his struggling form everystep he makes it clearly shows that his struggling to maintain his balance. You walked towards him and picked up four water bottles, carrying it close to your chest.

"Y/N, I'm oka-''

"It's painful to see you struggling and bear in mind we still have a long way to go to arrive to the gym'' You said earning a soft sigh towards the team captain. Making you glance at him with curiosity in your eyes.

"So, everyday you always do this'' He asked, you nodded your head.

"Then, I'll help you, everytime you need to refill our water container. Just call out to me'' He said and as usual flashing his cocky grin to you

"I'm fine, it became a routine''

"B-but this is super heavy''

"Then in exchange you need to work hard and go to national'' You said earning a flash of hope and excitement on the team captains face.

"WE WILL!'' He laughed making you frown on how loud he is but despite that you still enjoy his energetic personality, even though his full of himself sometimes. You can still agree  that his a great team captain, he never forgets to encourage them even if they're facing hardships ahead of them.

The two of you started talking about random things making you comfortable towards Bokuto, you didn't even know that the two of you have the same liking towards different things. The whole trip was you learning a few things about Bokuto while you calmy express your other side to him, which he was okay with it.

A few steps went by and you didn't even notice that the two of you have already arrived on the gym, you thanked Bokuto before entering the gym.

"Y/N!'' You looked back

"Call me if you need any assistance'' He said flashing you a cheerful grin. You look at him and gave him a small soft smile in which making him slight blush when he saw your soft side.

His not that troublesome after all
