Adventure?

Alice POV

I still couldn't get that outta my head. Honestly, who would have thought the guy would have a secret stash of anime, manga, cartoons and stuff. Seriously, I thought I was gonna find some underground torture chamber. I was proven very wrong. We had gone our separate ways a while ago. I was just chilling on my bed when I heard an explosion coming from downstairs. I ran downstairs to see what was going on. Turns out mystery man is doing some kind of lab experiment on plants in another room(the door was open) and one of the plants blew up in his face. I blew up in laughter seeing that part of his face was black with smoke from the explosion.

"Care to explain what your doing", I asked actually quite curious in what the hell he was doing. Making plants explode isn't a very normal thing to do everyday if you ask me.

He didn't even look at me when he told me no. I walked out of the room and towards the living room but stopped. Now it was currently dark outside but I swear to god I see someone standing outside the window.

I didn't move and kept staring out the window.

"Uh hey mystery guy, are we um you know? Expecting anyone visiting? Cause there is someone standing at the window", I whispered shouted. I blinked and the guy was gone. Damn it.

Mystery guy came into the living room and stood next to me. he stared intently at the window.

"Someone is here", he whispered to me, "stay close to me."

Suddenly a sword appeared in his hand and he was standing in front of me.

We were just standing there for seems like forever when I began to hear something like music. It was hypnotizing. Soon was walking towards the back. Guess there was a backdoor I wasn't aware of? I had no control of my body and soon I was outside. I have no idea where I am headed. Eventually, I found myself walking towards a group of people. As I got closer, it looked like they were guards. Royal guards? The have capes. I was still being moved against my will....

Mystery-guy-that-no-one-knows-the-name-of-yet POV

"Get ready to move", I said to the girl whoever I heard nothing. I turned around to see if she was there, but she wasn't. Crap, where'd she go? I cautiously made my way through the hide out, I only use it when it's necessary. No luck finding her, then I heard a voice coming from outside.

"Come out Thief! We have your little friend as hostage! If you don't come out willingly, we will send her into the Abyss. I chuckled. Those royal guards are still after me. How cute. They should understand that this place is filled with magic, and with magic anything is possible...

I said a magic spell and the whole hide out began to shake and glow. I teleported myself to a tree branch and watched the show. I saw the captain of the guards had the girl. They must have enchanted her. Shit. I saw I glow on my middle finger on my left hand. It was polished wood with a leaf carved onto it. The spell had completed and the hide out was within my ring. I took a leave off a branch and put it in between my hands. I blew in it and made a high pitch whistle sound. Everyone covered their ears and I saw the girl was free from the enchantment. I flicked my hand and a vine grabbed the girl upside down and brought her to the trees. She made a cute little yelping noise..............................I'm getting too attached to the girl......................................

I created a copy of myself and had it run in the opposite direction of where I was headed. I watched the guards follow it. Good. I made my way up into the tree where the girl was hidden. She had a confused and pissed off look on her face, it was amusing.

I leaned against a tree and said, "My, my, doesn't this bring back some memories~"

I saw her blush and about to start shouting at me but I had a vine cover her mouth. I got close to her and said, "As much as this is amusing for me, we aren't safe anymore. We will have to find somewhere else to hide for the time being.

And if I am being honest, it is very troublesome to hold myself back. Especially when she's vulnerable like this. I've been wanting to kiss her again, ever since I did so when she wondered off in the first place. It was.....................I don't know................different but a good different. I have never really felt like this before and I know it's not a disease but I am not willing to accept what I am feeling. I am a thief, I can't have feelings. It's common knowledge thieves cannot have feelings for others...............................................................right? That's what I was told.

This is gone be very bothersome. sigh

She's gonna be trouble for me......................................
