"do you even know what you're doing?"

You kept digging through your old bunch of stuff, trying to find old photos and other things that might belonged to Kendall.

"nope." you slightly answered as you kept digging and digging inside the box until finally you found an old journal

"aha!"

Florence just watched you weirdly as you slowly opened the old journal. the binding was fragile and you could see the writings weren't clear anymore. You opened pages by pages until you found it.

"what is that? I can't see anything" the brunette asked you as you took out your laptop and went to the internet

"it's Kendall's journal, you remember The Hadid's right?" you asked the girl and she nodded

"yeah, and what is exactly are we gonna do?"

"this is their address, maybe we can go and ask them" you said and she raised her eyebrows

"but what if she already moved to a different house? state? or even country for that matter?" Florence asked and you just groaned

"have a little faith, will ya?"

the brunette just muttered a quick sorry, and you nodded

"I'll do anything to get her back, Flo... Even if I had to swim across the country."

As it all planned, you and Florence were on your way to one of Kendall's family friend house, The Hadid's. You knew Gigi pretty well but started to lose contact when Kendall moved away. She was one of the closest to Kendall.

Kylie, her younger sibling, used to be close with you as well. You wished you could've asked her where they were, but you couldn't because they all moved away. The Jenner's moved to god knows where. You just hoped this could work out.

After for about two hours drive, you pulled over and saw the big house. It was already seven at night and you were pretty tired from driving. Florence was now fully awake from her sleep and went outside the car.

"the house looks different from the last time we were here," the brunette commented

"just remember the fact that it has been nine years, Flo," you spoke in a matter-of-factly way and she just rolled her eyes

"yeah, yeah,"

Both of you started walking on the sidewalk and towards the brown-painted house. You finally reached the place as you knocked on the door. You could feel your palm got sweaty because you were nervous to find out if they still lived there or not. You were in deep thoughts until the door flew open revealing a beautiful lady with black hair who was definitely in her mid forty's. You frowned because it wasn't the person you were looking for. It wasn't the Hadid's.

"uhm, can I help you?" a voice caught your attention and you snapped out from your thoughts and back to reality

"y-yes, actually we're looking for Yolanda Hadid? the owner of the house?" you asked and she raised her eyebrows
