Chapter 34- the kids 1st birthday

Angel's POV

Well today is the babies 1st birthday oh how it flew by so fast I can't believe that its their first birthday and I am sure that Edward can't believe it either. Last time I knew Jacob was still in jail it has been a year and I haven't gotten any word that he has been released I should probably call but I will have Carlisle call because I don't want to have a break down but then again why would I have a break down I am glad that he's there he won't bug my family and I am glad that I have Edward by my side. I will have Carlisle call

"Hey Carlisle I have a question"

"Yes Angel?"

"Can you call the prison to see if Jacob was released or not ?"

"Yes I will"

"Thank you Carlisle"

Carlisle's POV

Angel just asked me if I could call the prison to see if Jacob was released and if he is maybe he can come to the party, and maybe he can have supervised visits to see his kids that's only if Angel wants to I need to talk to her about that. I need to call the prison right now

(Carlisle picks up the phone and he calls the prison)

"Hello Forks Prison how may I help you?"

"Hi I have to find out if someone was released"

"Ok what is the name?"

"Jacob Black"

"Ok hang on I have to look in the databases real quick I will be right back"

(Carlisle waits to talk to the person again)

"Hello? I found that Jacob has been released"

"Ok thank you do you know what day he was released?"

"He was released today on good behavior"

"Ok thank you again"

"Angel can you come here please?"

"Yes Carlisle what did you find out?"

"Jacob was released today on good behavior"

Angel's POV

Carlisle just told me that Jacob was released on good behavior I am surprised he has good behavior after getting locked up for harassing me. Why does he have to be released on the kids birthday? I am not going back to Jacob I have Edward and my kids that is what I need and I am happy with them.

(Edward had came up behind Angel and scared her and kissed her from behind)

"Hey babe I have a surprise for you later when we are done celebrating the kid's birthday and I think you will like it"

"What is it?"

"Now if I tell you it wouldn't be a surprise now would it?"

"I guess not"

(Angel gets to thinking that maybe Carlisle, Esme, Jasper, Rosalie, Alice, or Emmett might know but then Edward brings her out of her thoughts)

"They won't know either"

"What?"

"You must've forgotten that I can read minds babe"

"Oh crap"

(Angel looks embarrassed that she forgot that her own boyfriend reads minds)

"No need to be embarrassed babe you just simply forgot"

"I love you babe"

"I love you too"

(Angel thought how lucky she is to have Edward back she had a feeling that he was waiting for her and then she got him back and that makes her happy and she was wondering what the surprise was)
