3 weeks later
"I love y'all so much" I say crying and hugging my Bestfriends. "We love you too." They say together hugging me back.
I pull back and wipe my tears. We we're at the airport, Courtney and I were leaving together. We spent the past few weeks together.
"Y'all can come down to Cali over the breaks." I say my voice breaking.
They all nodded they head. The lady over the intercom announced our plane leaving in 10 min.
Courtney and I hugged them, then went off to our section. A couple minutes later we started to board the plane. My aunt Lala, was at the airport with us but wasn't going to Cali just yet.
We got on the plane and the flight attendant spoke and pointed us to our section. We were sitting in class A.
"Courtney" I said putting a small luggage bag above me before sitting down. "Yea?" She asked before putting her luggage above us.
"Are you sad?"
"Yea" she nodded her head causing tears to fall.
" I am too." I sit down and lean back. Courtney does the same thing. We get comfortable because we have a 4 hour trip ahead.
Me and Courtney were having a good conversation about our new life in California.
"So, are you gonna stay with Jay?" I asked her.
"I'm not sure yet, I don't do long distance relationships well."
"Me either, why you think I been single all these years ."
"I just thought you haven't got over Dallas yet." I hit her in her arm hard.
"Oww!" She winched and starting rubbing her arm. "You know I got sensitive ass skin."
"That's why I did it. But I've been over him. He's the one that fucked up."
She nodded her head. "True. Well I'm about to go to sleep."
I nodded my head. "Me too."
I put my earphones in my ear and set my alarm for 10:40 p.m. I turned on some music and dosed off to sleep.
A couple hours later
My alarm sounded off in my ear and it scared me half to death. I turned off the alarm, and looked over and saw Court still sleeping. I tapped her, but she didn't move. I hit her where I hit her earlier... She still didn't move.
"Courtney!!" I shoved her hard and she almost fell, but she woke up and caught herself.
"GIRL!! I could've died!" She said mad and hitting me hard. I rolled my eyes. "Girl boo, we bout to land in about 15 to 25 minutes."
My cousin Kelly would be waiting for me and Courtney at the airport. Kelly is a model, not really a celebrity model, but she's known and has a lot of money. She does hair and makeup also. She loves to shop and she loves to spoil me.
The pilot comes on the intercom announcing we will be landing in 10 minutes. Courtney gets super excited but it's almost 11:00 p.m. We're not about to do anything, I don't care though because I'm tired and hungry as fuck.
The plane lands and we start getting our stuff then get off the plane. We were in the North Wing. I see a lot of people then I look around for signs with our names on them. I see this really tall dude holding a sign that says "KAYLEE AND COURTNEY HERE!!" We start walking towards the sign. We reach our destination and I look at the tall dude. His face is so familiar but I can't place it.
"KAYLEEE!!!!" Kelly says super excited and gives me a big. I hug her back harder. "Hey Kelly." She was so tall her in her heel boots. She sees Courtney and she smiles, then Kelly gives her a big hug.
"Y'all look so grown up now." The last time she saw us we were 15 and I had braces and Courtney had glasses. We were stick skinny also.
We all walk out talking and I see this sexy ass lambo. "Who car??" I ask looking at it.
"Trey's" Kelly says looking at him. Now I remember who he was. That's her boyfriend. He's so much sexier and taller now.
"I didn't recognize you Trey." I say right before hugging him. He laughs and hug me back.
He loads our luggage and we get in the car. Kelly gets in the front. "Y'all hungry??" She asks looking back at us.
"Are we??" Courtney says and looks at them. Kelly smiles because she know what that means. "What y'all want." I think for a second.
"McDonald's."
Courtney nods her head. "Me too." Kelly nods her head.
"Ok, Trey buying." His head snapped so fast. "Whatcha say?"
"You heard me."Kelly said looking at him with a face that said 'Don't argue with me.' Me and Courtney both says "ooooooo" and they just look at us but we were laughing.
He sighs. We are in L.A now. We had a while to go before we reached Beverly Hills.
