Figuring stuff out

(Kyoko pov)

    It has been a week since honey told me how he felt. So far nothing is that different, I don't know why but for some reason I thought that after what happened we would start dating or something. Guess I was wrong.

Certainly, I was sitting with haruhi taking about random things. We got really close after my freak out about honey.

Occasionally I would look over at honey. He was eating cake with Mori. I guess haruhi noticed because she asked " something happen with you and honey." I looked at her for a second before looking away back at honey " not really we are the same as always " I Signed

" really I thought you guys would be together after what happened "

" yea so did I " I said was a hint of sadness in my tone.

Soon after honey walks over to us sitting next to me. "Hey kyoko haruhi" he says smiling at us. "Want to have cake with me kyoko " honey asked

I looked away not wanting to let him see how conflicted I felt. "Not now honey " I said a little too harsh

I knew I upset honey from the look on his face. I was just hoping he wouldn't ask but, of course he did "what's wrong kyoko. did I do something wrong... again " honey looked at me worried

It makes me sad that he doesn't get it. Get that I am upset because NOTHING has changed from how we were before.

"No honey you haven't done anything that's the problem " I snapped immediately regretting what I said. Honey looked at me shocked " I don't get it if I didn't do anything wrong why are you mad" he whispers softly looking directly at me.

"I'm not mad" I say  "I'm just disappointed " I started to walk out the door and into the hallway

Honey pov

I just started at the door kyoko just walked out of not knowing what to think. 'I wander why he is disappointed ' I though eating the cake that mori placed in front of me.

I looked over at haruhi seeking guidance. "Can you tell me why kyoko s disappointed" I ask hoping she has the answer.  "Yes"

"Will you?"

She looks at me with a serious face "no". I was completely shocked I thought we were friends and that she would help me. "Ehh why not!?" I wine. She sighs "let me ask you this what kind of relationship do you have with kyoko? How would you describe it?"

I look at her confused not understand the relevance but answer anyways "we're a couple. Kyoko and I are dating." She looks sort of amused by my answer "really. Did you ever ask him out?"

"No but I don't think I need to we already established our feelings for each other so I don't see why I would have to." She smiles before saying "maybe you should talk to kyoko about this just to make sure your both on the same page."

Sorry for not updating in a long time but I will try my best to update at least once a week. And please tell me what you think of the story and be brutally honest
