.. aperfect circle

Took all you had an met you this way, never thought to question why.. it was like she was some kind of dismantled piece of a perfect puzzle unable to repair and be hole again. Too many things broken an fell away through her journey, not enough glue an hope to make it mend. As a muffled sound of talking and then hands catching her shoulders Aria let everything go, just long enough to not care what would happen. Letting it all slip into the black out, like threading a needle, she let go an fell as prefect timing hands of comfort an strength caught her before the heavy blow into the cold tiled floor. No more screams came and no more haunting shadows loomed in the forefront of her vision as Aria happily allowed it all to go black to match the hallway it self. Soon she told herself, soon she wont have to worry about opening her eyes again, everything will just be as it may an she could be let to drift off into a mindless existence, a wonderland, a perfect kind of madness.

As her small figure was carefully carried into the back of the office where a few table beds were placed for the fighters just beyond able to fight again, fallen past a point of getting up in that moment, needing just a few minutes of quiet solitude to gather any remaining strength to fight once more, to stand again against the monsters in this life.

A cool damp cloth was draped over her forehead as her button up collared shirt was undone an open to allow fresh air to cool the sweat soaked skin. Her skin was clammy all over, she was chilled an trembling. With a glance between her rescuer an the main man in-charge, a nod and a mutual understanding. He lifted his hat an patted the flushed cheek of Aria, "Aria my dear" he felt for a pulse near her throat, it was quick but nothing that wouldn't settle in a few moments of peace. "Will she be okay?" the kind voice asked unsure of how this girl usually reacted to such situations of alarm. It wasn't the first time the blonde woman had witnessed such panic that lead to passing out but how fast it all happened, that was indeed new. "I believe she will be, Aria does not sleep well" he patted the dozed off girl's arm an walked back toward his desk as if it was all normal. The blonde cleared her throat and frowned at the man then back at the girl, why do you not sleep Aria? do monsters chase your thoughts.. "Here" the man tossed something at her suddenly. Zero hesitation an next to no reaction time the blonde held up a hand an caught the set of keys dug from Aria's bag.

"What're these for?" the blonde had a slight grin, questioning this odd behavior. "I'm terribly old an her home is such a drive for my old eyes young one, perhaps you can assist the lass in getting home hmm?" he didn't wait an answer before tapping the chain about his neck. The girl's eyes widened the briefest of moments understanding now the stand point they were at. She nodded an eyed the man then as he chuckled an tipped his hat to her. "Wonderful, well if you excuse me i hear a breaking bone calling my name" he left the office into the dark hall. She blinked, inhaling deep then releasing the staggered breathe, how could he know?

"Mmm.. what happened?" hands to her eyes Aria attempted to clear her mind.

"You're awake" the angelic voice spoke softly, drawing near she stood along side the waist high table bed. Aria peaked through her hands, like a child embarrassed to have the beautiful people see her at a point of vulnerability. Blue eyes blinked, eye brows raised slightly awaiting an answer, she was so pretty Aria thought an covered her face again. "Yeah, i dunno what happened.." she inhaled deeply an coughed. Stretching an arm back she rolled to sit up, noticing her open shirt front to expose her little black tank top. "Bob mentioned you dont sleep well?" the blonde offered a smile an turned slightly away out of politeness to the blushing cheeks as Aria clung to close her shirt.

Embarrassed was an understatement at this point. Aria closed her eyes an bit her lower lip, something the blonde found entirely to adorable, she hid a smile an looked away resisting to bite her own lip from the bubbling desire to taste Aria's. "Im so sorry you had to deal with that, me.. my oddness i promise its not usually like this" Aria's shaking hands managed to finally fasin the buttons back inline. She turned to hop off the table when she wobbled again from a wave of dizziness. Quick hands had her steadied an standing still back carefully against the table now for support. "You should be more careful is all" the blonde smiled.
