The world ended. At least the world as they had previously known it. Tord had destroyed their house and the majority of their possessions. They had mostly recovered when the rest of the world had began to fall into absolute chaos. The zombies they had faced in ASDF Land earlier that same year had spread across England. They had even began to pop up all across the world. The military and the government struggled to combat this new threat.
To combat this unexpected threat, the government attempted many risky and dangerous experiments with the supernatural and magic. An explosion occurred at the main facility of these experiments, revealing all supernatural beings across the world for everyone to see. Humans now also had to face the threat of vampires, demons, and other such dangerous creatures in additions to zombies. It seemed as if this was the end of humanity.
That's when the world's "savior" had shown up and took out the zombie threat. None other than the Red Leader himself, Tord Berg. He took out zombies and demons left and right with his prosthetic arm. Stories spread that the loss of his arm was due to a zombie bite, which forced him to sacrifice his arm in order to save the rest of the world. No one knew or suspected anything different. This, of course, excluded the three outside the army who knew better then to trust this so called "savior."
